I’ve always depended on them to fix all my appliances. They are fairly priced and honest. When they feel I’m better off purchasing a new appliance rather than spend a fortune in repairs, they are very forthright about it. They’ve saved me from 2 house fires over the years! 😳🙏🏼🙏🏼

George has worked on two of my appliances and I highly recommend him. The company is family owned, so they are very honest and its not all about the money. They worked with me not against me. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

NEVER USE THIS COMPANY! Square One is appropriately named, as that is where they left me for a dishwasher repair. The are a subcontractor for Sears Appliance. My Kenmore dishwasher stopped working and all lights on the panel refused to go off. (Shorted circuit board) SquareOne came and diagnosed it as too much soap in the basin, which got into the internal vent on the door, thus shorting the board, and shouldnt be covered under my 5 year protection plan. Basically screwing me and not fixing the machine. To add insult to injury, they kept the order ticket open to cause more problems for me, as Sears would not schedule another service call until the first service ticket was closed. NEVER use this company.
