Terrible service 😡 The staff are very unprofessional. Excessive waiting time.

Pharmacy : The lady with the curly hair was so RUDE ! instead of talking to me in a nice manner and she wants to respond with smart comments and attitude. The manager in charge didn’t even Intervene in the situation. That’s not costumer service !

I have gone to this Walmart so many times and it’s always the same! No cashier, no helpful associate on the floor to help customers. Going in there guarantee to wait 15-20mins in line to cash out. So many times I go in there and I just leave because the waiting line to pay is so long

My mother suffers from lupus. She went to the pharmacy yesterday, to be told her medication would be ready. After waiting for over an hour shes told that it wont be ready until tomorrow. She called them this morning and they said they were still working on it.she finally picks it up today, just to be publicly disgraced by the pharmacist at this location who she claims didnt want to give her the prescription discount. Cancer or lupus medications are expensive especially if you have to pay out of pocket. So our main concern was with the customer service part.but the customer experience was the worst.if I could I would give less than a star but I cant.

The services are slow at this Walmart Pharmacy. Its only one clerk behind the register. The staff is not friendly or accommodating. Terrible service.

It’s not worth the wait or the money 💴! They never have your order ready on time, always need to wait 1 hour in line plus they don’t confirm when you are paying the insurance so it’s another 20 min cheking if covers or not the medication if you don’t feel ok it’s not even a chance you can handle this hassle
