Merlins Collision is the greatest. The. Greatest. They were extremely honest with my options and in the end, troubled shot the situation and fixed it for free. Even the receptionist was extremely nice. 10 stars!

Was in a hit and run and while I was waiting for the cops Adrian from iCollision came up to me and told me that they could easily take care of it. At first it seemed a little sketchy being approached on the street but I went there to get an estimate and got a good quote of $400.00. Wanting to make sure this was a good price I took it somewhere else for an estimate where they quoted me over $1200.00. Took it to iCollision and they did a fantastic job. Amazing group of people.

First off, Mr. Frank is the ABSOLUTE BEST! He gives you all the answers you need about how its done and when its going to be done. I recently was in an accident because another driver failed to stop at a stop sign. I had heard that iCollision of north Miami does amazing work, so I gave it a shot. Frank took my into his office the same night of my accident. We called the insurance company and made the claim. He helped me through every step of the way! I received my car about two later (just like frank said it would be) and let me tell you BRAND NEW LOOKING CAR (if not better). Frank and iCollision are the best in Miami. If you ever have an accident or just want some body work to be done.. DONT HESITATE! Call them, you wont regret it!

Very bad experience! never on time, no courtesy car, job poorly done! I had to sell my car at auction and I lost more than 20 thousand dollars since they never managed to do a good job even after 3 repossessions! trade to flee!

I looked at a couple of different body shops in the area and I decided to bring my Mazda CX-5 here after speaking to Laura, she explained the process with clarity and there was full transparency throughout. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would.

I did not have so much of a good experience here. They took almost 6 months to fix my car. They did a bad job with replacing the exact hood that my car originally had, they didnt replace the airbag, and much more. They got the job done, but not the quality that I expected. I regretted coming here!

If I could give zero stars I would. Extremely over priced. Had a friend get into a car accident that was not her fault by someone with connections to this place and was not even asked if towing of the car was ok. Only to later find out that the price for such tow was approximately $900. The insurance policy luckily covers it but the fees were extremely out of hand and the entire process felt super suspicious, even the insurers were confused and surprised by the sticker price. Not sure if it was an act of malice or just extreme overpricing but in no way does my friend relate to the positive towing experiences on here. DO NOT use this place for towing without an insurer thatll have your back with such a pricy bill.

Very great shop. Frank helped me from start to finish with inspecting the vehicle and estimation. Laura assisted me greatly with helping paperwork organizing on how long it shall take and updates on the vehicle. Everyone worked together to fix my Infiniti G37 like nothing happen. I will be more than happy to bring my vehicle back Incase anything happens. I highly recommend.

Don’t fall for the 5 start reviews. Laura actually makes you to write the review right there while she is standing next to you and being flirty. Her man is the owner . My vehicle was returned 15 days later than what was told to the insurance company and I had to pay out of pocket for the rental for those 15 days. And the fat dude who works there got in a fight with someone else and was pushed on on my rental and put a dent. That caused me a day with no car since they obviously had to fix that . Horrible service and customer service . Cheap work on my vehicle . just to hide the damage. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE . I think they have marriage problems which they take it to work. Try to fix your problems at at home and don’t take it to your work environment . Grown people . Be professional.
