They helped me push my car when my battery died at no cost and without me asking. Saw me on the road and their team just decided to help, all 15 mins before closing........joking the whole time and being merry and amazing to make the situation seem less dark. Yea...im coming back and reccomending you guys

We need batteries sourced on a regular basis – most of them are our regular battery types; but every once in a while we need something thats tougher to get and even during COVID when supply chains were strained, the team at Battery Sales came through! ...which meant our business came through to our customers. If you have the opportunity to work with them, do.

Ive been going here to buy my batteries for 15 years I live a block and a half away. I will not ever go back again. I bought my motorcycle battery in January of this year it is now September 24th. I went to get the battery charged because its been sitting in my bike for the past 3 weeks because of all the rain. This time I dealt with someone Ive never dealt with there before he must be new, he was told the battery was no good and they would not honor my warranty, because he said it was customer abuse. That was his excuse to get out of the warranty. Customer abuse my bike ran three weeks ago first week of September and now the battery is dead and its supposed to be customer abuse not bad battery quality. I only went to them because they were so close to my house. They are overpriced and liars do not waste your time here.

One of the worst customer service experiences Ive ever had. They acted like theyre doing me a favor by allowing me to buy from them and talked to me, the customer, like I was wasting their time. I wont spend another dime there.

Awesome place!!!, they help me to change the batteries connector just for $10.00 and also they cleaned my battery...100% recommendable.

Reply to the owner: Lies on lies on lies if you had even taken the time to read the review it was because of how long the guy took. I was in the store and you guys were looking at my van. Soooo noGreat guys working there but the manager owner or whomever..... First i get quoted $83 on the battery. Told them the model and all and suddenly when it starts taking the mechanic too long he wants to say now he has to charge me $130..... Ill never be here again

Do not go here. The blonde girl with the annoying high pitched voice is rude. She also acts like she knows everything about batteries until you ask her a question. She then has to go ask someone else to answer each one you have.

My dad and I have been customers for nearly 40 years. You drive around the back, they test your battery. If you need a new battery, you get one. If you dont, you get free adivce. They couldnt be nicer or more honest. This place is a gem!

Do not go here!If i wasnt so tired ans the mechanic hadnt already pulled out my battery i would have left and gone elsewhere. You do not give a price amd change it because you feel like it.

Went in for a quick battery as I was pretty upset with the prices everywhere else. They gave me a great deal and the battery is going on two years strong.

Gosh, selection, quality AND EXCELLENT K N O W L E D G E A B L E staff that do go thet EXTRA mile to. A true treasure to do business with these folks.

They also have solar panels and inverters (good prices!)

Great place, super staff.

Purchased 2 batteries within 3 months they were defective. Had them tested at Advance as well as nappa. One of the representatives stated it was owner abuse by literally only issuing a voltage test. They did not honor their warranty and issue me new batteries. I went to Walmart today and swapped my old batteries for new ones with a 1 year warranty no questions asked for less than 35 dollars. Just because you have USA in your name doesnt mean you value American values.

BUYER BEWARE!! Scammers and liers they sell horrible quality batteries and dont respect their warranty. I have purchased close to $2200 of batteries and they just scammed me for over $800 worth of new batteries.Dont ! buy from them from either location they operate you will loose in the long run.

I both 2 battery only 15 days ago, I never used the battery, but today I try to used and the battery was wrong, I went to the location in 20 St North West Miami, and they tell me its no warranty, and they toll me whit very bad actitud its my problem, thist people stolen in my face$ 200, never in my life I be back, and all my mechanic too, very bad in all aspects

I dont know these power kings just keep dying on me after only a year of use...i like the place so if your on a budget and wanna roll the dice be my guest. cheap batteries and you get what you pay for..

Horrible service!!!!! This place is a SCAM and does not honor their warranty. Owner says some bs excuse why his brand new battery only 2 months old is not honored under warranty. Pay extra and save from paying double in the long run!!! Good look
