So my battery died on my Lexus RX350 and all sorts of lights popped up on my dashboard!!! I was distraught and didn’t know what to do. I looked up the problems and multiple errors on the Lexus forum and I was like OMG this is terrible. I towed my vehicle to Lexus of North Miami and received phenomenal customer service from Bobby/Babak. After several hours of waiting to find out what was happening to my car my anxiety was through the roof! My battery died completely and most of the errors were cleared but something happened to the motor of one of my lights. That’s when I really panicked and was in tears but Bobby calmed me down and let me know that everything would be alright! He got me into a loaner vehicle and sent me home knowing that everything would be taken care of. Lexus worked on my vehicle for a few days and when I picked up my car all the errors were gone and I didn’t even have to pay for anything… they said I was a phenomenal customer for so many years and did what they had to do to get it fixed. That really made my day and I gave him an air hug 🤗 😇 Thanks so much for the phenomenal customer service Bobby!!! With two small babies at home I really have no time to write reviews but this one I definitely had to make the time for! We really appreciate all of your help and guidance. Bad experience from drop off, wait was awful, and pick up was terrible.. 50k service and service advisor sent me to the cashier and out the door without going over any details in the paperwork or work that was performed, and if I didn’t catch it I would have broke down. Initially showed up to the valet guy on a personal call via his AirPods who randomly pointed me to an empty service advisor room because the light was on. Waited a while then went back and they helped me find the advisor I was assigned to. After a 3 hour wait for the 50k service I went to the advisor who said the car is ready. I was told to go to the cashier and pay. They asked me to sign the papers and sent me to wait for my car. While waiting for my car, I looked at the paperwork and saw that my battery failed the test and it said that customer “declined the service”. Additional service items were listed that were marked urgent that showed I declined the service. The employee (Cassandra?) who was getting my car for me saw that I was not happy. She spoke to the manager and service advisor. I explained my frustration and asked that all service items be completed; and I gave the service advisor paperwork for the wheel warranty I purchased from Lexus. I pointed out what I’d like to have them do to my wheels in addition to the service items on the paperwork while they kept my car (new battery, alignment and throttle service). I don’t think I needed an alignment and I wasn’t sure how they knew I needed one. It’s been less than a year since I’ve had an alignment. After leaving, 3 days later I received a request to complete a survey but didn’t hear anything. I called and the service dept said my car was ready. My service advisor had someone who said he was filling in for him. He was unable to give me any details of the service that was performed. He pointed to someone else to talk to after confirming he was filling in for Ron. He sent me to the cashier to get the paperwork and pay; cashier sent me back to him (since he did not invoice my vehicle) but he told me to go back to them. He ended up submitting the paperwork after I explained again what the cashier said after she tried to call him. I asked about the wheel warranty paperwork I left with Ron and the guy filling in pointed to a different room saying I’d have to talk to someone else. I saw my warranty behind him and asked him to take a look. Sure enough I got my warranty paperwork back. I asked again if the guy had any details on what was done to my vehicle and he said no. Sure enough, nothing was done with the wheel warranty and the Lexus battery coupon I provided my service advisor through the requested text was not passed on to anyone. Waited while the cashier made multiple calls to save $50 by using the battery coupon. I really didn’t want this dealership touching my car after my initial visit but I left my car there so they could do the repairs they said were needed and correct the paperwork that depicted me as an irresponsible Lexus owner. Worst Lexus Service experience ever and definitely not going back.

The worst service ever! Beware be aware, Lexus of North Miami Service Department is dishonest and did not honor my tire contract that I paid when I leased my Lexus! I had to return six times for the same front passager tire. Each time I was lied to and highly insulted by both, the uncaring service manager Ed and his follower/ service man Mauricio. I hate this place after many 19 years as a loyal Lexus customer and I will not ever recommend you get your Lexus service there because Lexus service department at Lexus of North Miami treats you as if they are doing you a favor when in fact, customers are the reason they even have a job! I HATE MY EXPERIENCES TO THE POINT OF CONTACTING MY ATTORNEY!!! They refused to honor my contract by Not honoring what I paid for up front! I Pray this message gets the attention of Mr. Craig, the owner of LEXUS!!!!
On time service. They assisted me at the time of my appointment. Lorenzo was very professional and had great customer service skills. I got a loaner, so I was able to go to work and pick up my vehicle during my lunch break. My vehicle was serviced very quickly. I recommend Lexus of north Miami to everyone. I will continue to get my car serviced here from now on.

Make sure look for him but I’m sure all off them are great workers and really value their customer.
Cleaning of the car, that included in 6m maintenance wasn’t good at all. I expected more from Lexus services than lazy work, lots of dust and crumbs left behind. Not polished at all. They could do at least minimum, but alas. Guy at the front of the services wasn’t friendly and was on attitude.It gave me impression to not coming back and to avoid use services of Lexus. Low quality. Don’t feel that Lexus of North Miami maintain the standards to represent premium brand and good care of customers.

There were two recalls on the vehicle. One of them was the door handles replacement. When I went to pick up the car and put it in drive, the door lock started to rapidly go up and down making a racket like a firecracker and no one had noticed. I had to return a second time and when I got home I noticed the light on the passenger door had come off. This time I just had someone else fix it. Won’t be returning any time soon.

Going through the call center and road assistance was painful, specially when I needed a tow track ( it took 6 hours to arrive) . Long waiting times and validations on the phone.Once I got the Service Manager (Mihai ) personally involved, the issues of my car were resolved in a very professional and timely fashion. My experience as a client improved after passing the call center /operators barrier.Call center representatives should be more diligent and client oriented.

Lexus of North Miami has a good service, my appointment was at 7:30 am, the first appointment, but had to wait 15 minutes because for some reason my advisor had to take care of a couple that were called before me, not a big deal but I had to be at another site and there were other advisors available. Like I said not a big deal and the advisor apologized for the delay.A good point to add is that the process in general is fast, including to get the loaner, didn’t have to wait a long time to leave the dealer.When I returned for my vehicle the process was good, quick service. Although I noticed that they tried to wash my vehicle but terrible job was done, it seems that they just pass it throughout water and a fast dryer because there were water marks all over. Nice job in the tires though.One thing that I noticed and it happens in almost every dealer. They wrote down some inspections as done but in reality these inspections didn’t happen. For example, the windshield wipers were supposed to be inspected and I know mine need to be replaced; however it seems that they were not inspected and not written down as an item that needs attention so wasn’t done. I hope the other inspections were completed as promised.Yes, I will return to this dealer. A bad car wash job is not going to prevent me going back. (I hope next time they do a better job) and because one thing that I value is my time and their process is fast.I will update this review after my next visit.

This last visit I was very worried about a noise my car was making along with shaking when I drove the car. Bobby assured me that the problem would be taken care of and provided me with a loaner car until the problem was fixed. The battery replacement service was good (done a Monday but the car had been there a Friday before for oil change and didnt check the battery was bad) but i wasn2 days without the car.

I took my 2021 RX 350 F SPORT in to Lexus of North Miami for the first time this week. I had the RX detailed and a problem with the driver side mirror. Also had my 5000 mile service done. They didnt test drive the RX at all. Or rotate the tires. As far as the other 5k service, I dont know if it was done either. They did manage to fix the mirror, thank you. The detail on my RX was ok, just ok. They left some trash in the RX and swirls on the outside. When I came to pick up the RX I was just charged and given my vehicle back. Nobody talked to me about any repairs done on it or anything. I sure would have liked to know what they all did to my RX. I think I should have had the opportunity to talk to a service representative about the RX, not just how to get to the cashier. The cashier was wonderful and friendly and no complaints there. I guess I will never know what services I got. Thats too bad because now I know I have to demand to talk to someone next time. I shouldnt have to do that, in my opinion.

Purchased my Lexus at this dealership and wish I didnt. The Sales person, Muhammad, took us for a ride from the beginning listing out a bunch of fees on a piece of paper that added up to all the total fees, he included $750 for registration fee and said we would get a refund on the overpayment. The fees were not detailed in the agreement so when I asked about the refund, there is no reference to how the fees were split. I just had my first service and everyone I delt with was miserable, from the service consultant to the 2 people managing the loaner vehicles. I would not recommend this dealer. Only reason for the 2 stars is I love the car.
Getting through to the service department was an ordeal. I was on hold for 15 minutes and had to call back. Then I saw a direct dial number for the service technician and that number disconnected automatically. I called back again and finally spoke to the service technician who was very helpful and patient answering our questions. You need to hire more people to answer the phone or find a way to process the calls in a more efficient manner. When I complained to the person that answered the phone she said that they are overwhelmed. I run a successful law firm and make sure that we have enough personnel so that no matter what the circumstances that never occurs. Lexus has branded itself as a premium automobile dealership but the service fell short that was standing we have owned a Lexus for over a quarter of a century. At your next management meeting you need to address this issue. My husband owned a BMW and got through to the service technician immediately and they were extremely efficient.
Rear bumper needed repair from an unfortunate crash but luckily the driver insurance cover it and thanks to Hannah that explained the process and kept me up to date with the repair the service for surprise and delight it was done 3 days in advance and my ride looks amazing again. I’m very satisfied with the service from Lexus of North Miami, Hannah and the body shop team. Thank you

I came in because their was a recall on my vehicle. Lorenzo was professional and informative about what he was doing and about what he was going to do regarding my vehicle I appreciated that. He gets 5 stars in my book. I requested that certain things be done and he took care of that as well.
The service was NOT exceptional which is what Im accustomed from Lexus. Your service men were not rude, but not friendly at all. The vehicle still states that I need service, so now I have to take my vehicle back a second time within a week. This is an inconvenience for me. Hopefully, on my return visit the customer service is much better.
