Fast and reliable service, walked in needing a few pieces of glass and screens made and left with all 3 pieces of glass in 20 minutes as well my screens ready later in the day; had great customer service and even offered up valuable advice on my future window purchases. Would recommend to anyone needing window and door parts done the right way.

These people will always lie to their customers they have no care for customers just their money. If you buy here you are just giving your money away you will not get your window on time or at all beware they gone hold your accountable for their delays and mishaps “oh should have plan better or cry a river crap” but they not the reason customers get triggered every day is an excuse but it’s never them it’s always you. Watch out the narcissist company practice making you think their business practice is grade a but really a big fabrication to customers’ satisfaction there’s none

The most disrespectful place I ever found. I bought a window through internet Friday and when I call Tuesday they just sold the only window to another person. There is not communication between workers Worse experience for nothing.

Con men . $75.00 for a window operator. I ordered the exact one I needed online for $21.10 with free shipping .Even the competitor said $75.00 was overpriced.

Great service!!! Shipped hard-to-find window parts and custom windows all the way to Detroit, for a series of rehabilitation housing projects being worked on! Customer service was very helpful in finding these old window parts, and non-standard window sizes that are no longer mass produced. Highly recommend!

I was really surprised to read about some of these bad reviews. As a professional I have dealt with a lot of different construction companies that try to rip you off and mislead you to get more money out of you. When I went in to this establishment I was happily surprised with the customer service. The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful along with being transparent and to the point. I will definitely be coming back for all my window needs.

I bet they buy through TROPICAL GLASSI thought I was calling another company on NW 7 AVE that has much better prices. I was quoted something ridiculous and I knew something was wrong and ask to speak to another person. The owner was very rude. I actually did but glass from here before and did break with regular use. The installers showed up on time (it never happens in Miami)They did a beautiful job, they cleaned up afterwards. Also I offered 100 Bucs tip and they refused, difficult to believe.A special mention to the management since they were able to know my needs and full fill them perfectly.My neighbors are asking me about the new windows since they do look fantastic, my house looks newerThank you window mart great job !!

The store is complete, and they are very, very knowledgeable and helpful. I had to replace some old springs from my impact windows, had a problem with one of the springs, came back to the store, the owner spent 30min with me, explaining how to install it correctly, and called the maker to get me a replacement at no cost. It is rare to find that kind of customer service these days.. strongly recommend!

I just had the worst experience with their customer service, a business is all about service, is all about disposition to help and to show that your business have the solution for you. Did not happened like that at his store, the seller was the most uncomfortable person doing his job, not open AT ALL to help with my needs, a simple glass of 35 x 34 inches. Such a disgusting experience, he sold me the glass because did not have other option.Unfortunately is not a place to recomend.
