The woman who answered the phone told me no one speaks English

The experience is great. Armando knows his motors and know what he is talking about. They sell everything you need to make a rad motor-bicycle. They get four stars for service and friendliness.

Called several times got no answer...

This place does not exist! All that is left is a red banner with the address typed on it and a blue cruiser bicycle faintly visible through a glass door. I shouldve taken a picture.
