I got my prom dress made here and I was more than pleased! I bought and altered my dress here. The manager had a wide selection of beautiful dresses to choose from and was able to make any dress fit my body type. The manager had my dress done in a week. She was friendly, affordable and quick. She has the best prices in town, most tailors are extremely expensive but at my dreams, that is not the case. I highly recommend getting your dresses done here.

Fanny does amazing work! I cannot believe people are here lying on her name. I literally get all my jeans and dresses altered here because my waist is small in comparison to my thighs and bottom. She makes me feel like a celebrity every time I get my clothes because all my clothes look tailor-made for me and my body. If you want Kim Kardashian’s style but for an affordable price. See fanny!

My friend ordered a dress and gave the lady more then enough time to create it for prom, it is a week before prom and when she received it, the dress was nothing like what she asked for. After asking the lady to do it over again even with pay, her response was She was to busy. Prom is now on Friday and my friend has no dress. Also the lady will not give the money back. Horrible.

Absolute crap, Ive had several of my friends order dresses from here and the lady making the dresses gave them CRAP quality dresses. Not only are the dresses rushed and horribly made, she refuses to give back their money!!! Never shop from this store, its a waste of time the owner has terrible work ethic and she leaves all of her orders until the very last minute. Never shop from this store, I promise youll regret it. WASTE OF MONEY.

These people doesnt respect deadline. They suppose fix my daughters dress for her graduation. Not only the dress werent ready they lied and ask me to come back when i came back the shop were close.. I dont encourage people to go there. Worst shop ever

Placed is run dwn and looks horrible! Their clothes are dirty, the staff is rude. Instead of trying to help you, they sit there and stare at you from head to toe. They have a look on their faces as if they dont even want to work, I wish I was able to give them a zero star

I would rate 0 stars if I could. I designed my prom dress for her and it was over priced and not the material I wanted. The Haitian lady was rude and deserved to be slapped in her face. The customer service is poor. Even when I told her my prom date was 2 weeks before the actual date she still wasnt done on time. Again the Haitian lady needs to be slapped (Im Haitian myself)

Ordered a custom made dress for daughters prom went over all the details with older lady. Went to pick up dress and was nothing like I ordered, when I confronted lady she lied and denied ever agreeing to the materials we chose. I paid extra for rhinestones and received sequins. She is dishonest and will take your money with smiles and once she has your deposit you are screwed. Cheap materials horrible customer service this place is a joke.

I got a prom dress made here back in 2015 and they did a great job, be detailled and specific in what you want for better results.I had sketched what i wanted on a piece of paper and we discussed it and chose the fabric (bring picture examples if you can because sometimes designers cant see what you see),came back for a fitting made adjustments and asked for added jewels but overall it came out good
