The experience overall was okWhen I got there the people did not care that a client was there. I had to call them and they said. Just leave the keys inside. At the the desk lady was friendly. Natasha was very nice!I told her I was there for the oil change. I paid $300I ask if the tire pressure was ok and they respond yesI check on the car and it was wrong. So I imagine that they did it. I will only give a 2 start becauseOverall. I did not like the experience.

I had the best experience at the Land Rover North Dade dealership. Yuri helped me purchase my new car and made the entire process a great experience from beginning to end. I set up an appointment prior, so before i even got there he sent me a message so I would know who to ask for when i arrived. Once there, Yuri showed us the available vehicles and i was able to take my now Range Rover for a test drive. Initially, i was going in for a more simple version of the car, but due to a limited stock there were only two or three there at the dealership, and once i drove the car, i was set on that specific model. I’m so happy with my new car and the service that was provided, my husband is now thinking of switching to a Range Rover as well once his lease is closer to being done and we will definitely be back to see Yuri when it’s time! I bought my Range Rover in March 2021. A few weeks ago I went to start my car, and an message popped up saying charging system failure. I called the service center and they got me in immediately. After waiting a short while they told me the car was going to need some work and asked me to leave it over the weekend. I have a child and work so they gave me a loaner to cover until the work was done. Claudio was so kind and kept me updated the entire time my car was there. Everyone I encountered was friendly and helpful and I wouldn’t ever take my car anywhere else. Very accommodating. 10/10 recommend.

June 8,202 I made an appointment at the North Dade Warren Henry Land Rover. I was greeted with a smile where they took my Discovery for it timely oil change and check up. My Service Consultant, Marcos Hernandez was great we talk about the car and what needed to be done. Marcis gave me the opportunity to wait or have a ride to a local place to hang out. I later found out the car had a few sensor recalls that needed to be dealt with. Marcos was very attentive and kept me updated during the service.Once the car was finished they eased it and gave it back better then when it was given to them. Land rover of North Dade is always the best at everything! First class service. Oscar in the service department is always there with any questions quick responses and the service team always gets my vehicle back in no time.
If I could leave 0 stars I would. I came in for some repairs and gave Eric my original claim paper because the woman in the front said it was needed to make a copy. When I came back days later Eric stated that he didn’t end up needing the paper so he through it away. Who I’m service throws away import and documents? When I asked him that question he replied by saying “of it was so important why didn’t I keep it before” extremely unprofessional and rude. Not to mention there were no loaner cars until a month out. Why spend the extra for a car service and get poor service. I got better treatment and more professionalism from toyota. Will not be coming back to this location again.

I’m going to score with one star only for the system requirement to publish this review, but real score should be a big ZERO STAR. Extremely overpriced, bad orientation and guidance only for one purpose, make you pay A LOT OF MONEY WITHOUT SENSE, they charge $440 for a computer inspection and they don’t share with you the summary of the inspection, nothing… very disappointing and bad service.
Lester show us many options, we choose one car y did a good deal. Very good service, I didnt feel pressure to take the decision. Lester was Very professional, attentive and welcomed.

Our sales person was Oscar Restrepo, not only did he go above and beyond during the sales process but he took care of us in an issue that we had after buying the Range Rover ! Not truthful on their appointment schedule. Will leave you waiting without notice and come out with unbelievable excuses to not deliver on time. In addition, upon delivery there is absolute no follow-up which ends up taking the car back or find another dealer to help. Very disappointed. The brand new car has been back in the dealer 3 times in less than a year. Is Land Rover a suitable premium car brand?

I went in for the left rear parking brake that was failing, they did the diagnostic, I decided not to get the repair done with them. They removed the left rear brake sensor, they didn’t even install it back and gave me the car like that without it.I’m certainly not taking my car there for repair anymore.When they can’t rip you off, they steal your parts smh!

$1000 for a window replacement which Safelite would have done for $460 but couldn’t access the glass due to supply chain restraints. Apparently that limited availability gave them the license to gouge...then getting my service agent to give me accurate info was impossible. No info at all on day 1 until I called him at 7pm. He then calls back to tell me window arrived late that day and they didn’t get to it. The next morning he then tells me the window still hasn’t arrived, contrary to his message the night prior. When finally completed at end of day 2, he set pick up time of 5pm, I arrived at 6 only to be told it wasn’t done and needed to wait another 30 minutes. If you’re going to overcharge me, at least do it with great customer service so something about the experience was memorable in a good way. Huge miss on that end.
We purchased a used 2019 and could only get one Key fob. Other than that negative statement I was very pleased with the experience. Customer service was great! Update...our sales person was able to locate the previous owner and did, in fact, provide us with the additional key.

I purchased a range rover 2020 over 100k its unbelievable the worst experience ever at the service department first of all service is $1800 for your first oil change then when u pick up the car they want to give you a different price and when i asked why are the charging more giving a run around that the first price was an estimate. What do u mean an estimate you know exactly what i came for that the extra charge is a shop fee what do you mean!!!! This is completely ridiculous

I brought the car of my wife (Range Rover Evoque - 2013 - 54000miles - very good condition) to have an appraisal for then trade it and buy a new one. they evaluated it ONLY $12,000. After that I went to CARMAX & HGREG and both of them for the same car on the same day, they evaluated the car $17,500.LAND ROVER NORTH DADE ARE REALLY NOT HONEST!!If I can give an advance, DON’T go to this dealership if you want to sell/trade your car.

Beware !!!I went for a coolant fluid leak. They wanted to replace things my car with 33K miles on board did not need (according to my mechanic, whom I trust) and they were going to charge me more than 7K for it. My mechanic did the job for 1.8K.Please do your homework before you spend your hard earned money.

I left my car today to replace the battery, Rodney Escoto was the agent who helped me, incredible service he gave me, what a nice person, he called me before the estimated time and they returned my Land Rover clean and vacuumed, I will definitely return for the next service, I cant ask for more, thanks Rodney for all your help and for such a nice service
