Yesterday I came over to cricket just to see what they offer and I ended up switching from T-Mobile ricet the manager helped me out she was patient and kind I will be bringing over my other three lines to cricket

Great service runs off of AT&T towers, and the people inside were very polite. were very knowledgeable. .. didnt have a question that they couldnt answer. Id recommend anyone there. oh and 25 for you and 25 for your friend or family each when you refer them

Really nice folks working there but they seem to have been forgotten by corporate. during all those months of construction in other parts of the shopping center they remained open and seemed to be ok, if a bit slow on customers with nowhere to park. now the center is fully opin i was in there today... one computer that accepts debit was down and had been for over a week. the other refuses to accept a debit card and wont accept one that works both ways..... and i was told they wont take a check. sad commentary that cricket corporate doesnt seem to keep up with there stores. i was forced to finf another location with working computers to complete my transactiom. it should not have been that hard.

Excellent service

I came to purchase a new phone but it was a note on the door that said they will be back in 15 minutes. I waited for 5 minutes because I didnt know when they placed the note on the door. I left and returned 40 minutes later and the note remained on the door. That is very unprofessional and upsetting due to the fact that I walked in the rain both occasions for nothing.
