The drug store where I bought the maintenance medicine for my grandparents was very welcoming. They really made sure to organized all their customers that everyone will surely be accommodated well. Nice service!.

So this place is known for the bad customer service in the Pharmacy department, but today they out did themselves. Me and my family arrive right before they closed, they had just finished attending a customer and literally in our face when they were done they pulled the gate down and closed we were the last ones there, I told them I needed a prescription for my daughter who had left the hospital and they told me I couldn’t helped kind you my fighter had Medicaid they didn’t even have to cash me out. I stood there as they ignored me, it would of taken them an extra 2 mins to help me out and they didn’t, didn’t bother to think what if this patients life depends on the medication or nothing in the nature of customer service skills they all proceeded the staff behind the pharmacy register to complain about there 14 hour shift and how they didn’t need to attend to anyone further more, all sarcastic and rude. Then I looked for the store manager Gabriela who was less of a help I explained the situation and stated “ there’s nothing I can do” as she was laughing and playing around at the register. Corporate will hear from me !

Today I went to pick up my fathers prescription and I was told the system was down and I can go to a nearby location and they can pull it and fill it. I was going to wait to see if the system was going to come back up but I thought what if it doesn’t and they close and then my dad would have to be in pain until tomorrow. I drove to the next location only to be told that the original CVS had to release it before they can fill it. The very nice lady said I can just call them and have them release it. I said ok. She was on hold about 10 mins and no one answered.I decided to call from my cell phone and the store manager says oh the system is back up. I said I’m already at another location can you just have the pharmacy pick up the phone so they can talk to this location and release the prescription from their system? He said hold on and put me in the same holding que that the lady helping was in. So now I decide to drive back to the original CVS. Now I wasted my time, gas and my dad is still waiting on the medicine. I walked back to the pharmacy where there was a long line but I waited patiently. When it was turn I asked for the medicine and someone in charge. A young lady came out and said how can she help me? I explained what happened and instead of apologizing she went back and forth me about how it’s not their fault and it’s not a training issue and was very defensive. I felt like this was not the way to handle a customer. I work in customer service and have worked in it for over 20 years. This location really needs more training or replace the employees they have. The store manager was of no help and was heard wanting to close the store early. I would NEVER shop at this location or have my dad fill a prescription there ever again. I wonder why someone in their corporate office won’t do something. I’m sure they get all the complaints and won’t do anything about this store. I will be calling them Monday morning! I wish I give zero stars.

There is always a long wait when ever I go to this Pharmacy it doesnt matter if Im dropping off or picking up a prescription. I wont just say that they are understaffed because it be a lot of workers. But only one person for pick up and one person for dropping off. They need more workers upfront taking care of the customers then in the back.

The absolute worst..the are always behind and never have the prescription ready as promised. I am in the store now waiting now 45 mins and counting..this is after Inhave dropped it off and come back to pick it up at the time they told me it would be ready...such poor service.

This is the worst pharmacy I go to. The lines are ridiculous, and the cashiers are slow. It takes them forever to find prescriptions because they are never in the right place. Totally disorganized. They need better management or a whole new staff!

Horrible. Medication is never done on time. Days can pass and they will keep on telling you today at 6 or tomorrow morning. Medication is never done. This place is horrible for medication.

Worst Cvs pharmacy ever. I work in the medical field my self.... the customer service is a joke here. Were a very busy pharmacy not a legit excuse for screwung up multiple times I switched to Walgreens :) super long lines every time slow service and people with attitudes they dint call you back if something goes wrong bc they are really busy lol

I am extremely dissatisfied. customer service for the pharmacy is ridiculously rude. They place you on hold for extremely long periods of time and respond rudely. They need to understand that having a job is privilege and they can be replaced. I am definitely going to contact the BBB for this location on 7th ave and 119st in miami, fl.

Very bad customer service. I called the pharmacy and was on hold for 1 hour. when I got to the store while on hold, Martin told me that they werent answering the telephone, but yet someone answered me. A pharmacist from another pharmacy requested to talk to one of the pharmacy at this location and neither David or Rosemary came to the counter. Very disorganized, medicine is always missing they have to do duplicates, and medicine is always out of stock.
