Went down to have something embroidered on a hat…the owner was very dismissive and did not want to bother the small job.

I was originally using an online company that was fast to request payment but didn’t prepare me a proof 2 weeks in. By the time they sent me a proof Guido already proofed and had my order ready for pickup. Fair prices, fast turn around. Great place! I appreciate how much Guido worked with me on perfecting the logo .

Great service! Guido was very kind, professional, and helpful as he explained my options for the embroidery I wanted. He even suggested different font sizes to ensure it would legible. My order was ready the day he said it would be and MY GOODNESS was it beautiful!
