Love rack room, but since when did you start excluding certain shoes from the buy one get one 50% of. And the signs that say they are excluded are super small and when you get to the cash register you feel obligated to buy.

Well I went in I couldnt stay I didnt have a hat and coat or gloves,,,like 40° in there a little too cold .... I could walk out but the help I guess not but I felt bad for the girls they were freezing

Rack Room Shoes is a pretty good store. It has a pretty good supply, it is pretty clean too.

It was a great experience, no hassle shopping I tried on every shoe I wanted and found the pair that was comfortable to the sells staff was friendly and prompt to help at time to checkout.

Very clean ... pretty large selection of shoes ... and very nice staff. Didnt find what I was looking for this time but they offered to order them for me.

The customer service in this store was the best I have seen in a while. They have a great selection on men and women and kids shoes. The store was so clean it looked like no one had been in there but I know that wasnt the case because the store had plenty of people in it. I love clean stores and good customer service. So much so that I ended up buying 8 pair of shoes from here.

My daughters were looking for a good pair of tennis shoes for work. We had already gone to several places and all we could find were cheap mesh shoes, no all-leather shoes. We walk in expecting to find more of the same, but instead we find Tim. Tim spends time listening to what we are looking for and helps us find the perfect shoe. They only had one pair in the size we needed, but Tim quickly ordered another pair and it will be shipped to our house. The price was also outstanding! Overall it was the best shoe shopping experience ever!

Prices are ok they have stores all over the area. Some store do not have as good of a selection as others.Employees seem to be helpful and nice.

Was there and was never greeted by an employee . Was ignored the whole time I was in there . The employees were too busy playing with one of the employees children running around chasing them around the store. I ended up buying 2 pair of boots because it was buy 1 get 1 free if I had not needed them I would have walked out
