This place is just what I gave it in Stars..It is very good 3 star hotel..the rooms are nice its clean through entire Hotel what was top of the line for me was there restaurant food is delicious the restaurant in the main Hotel the cook won an ward for his cooking and you can tell the food is hot and delicious and is fresh I would stay at this hotel again if youre taking the kids with you they have lots things to do for kids the swimming pool is clean but if you want 4 Star it is not in reference to hotel it like I said its a very good 3-star Hotel

First time in over 20 years in a Burlington Store, was very nice and a comfortable store to shop in, found a few bargins and enjoyed my time in store.

My wife loves going to this Burlington Coat Factory when on vacation and enjoys shopping .

It is not as pleasant of a shopping experience as it use to be. Wait in line was long and the selection was not as good as it use to be.

If you have a half an hour to wait to pay for your stuff this is your store if not it’s not.

My wife found many items, especially clothes there and at a very good price..

This Burlington is just like any other youd expect. Awesome clothing and various items at great prices. As a man, I love coming here for beauty products as well as their selection of undergarments. The coats of course are great and while some are a bit pricey, most are well priced for what they are.If youre looking for some great gifts, this is the place to shop.

To me it was not all that it is advertised to be and all the exciting deals. It actually just seemed like an empty warehouse...it made me question the commercials and was full of disappointment 😕😒

This most recent visit had me wondering weather or not if the store was in the mist of a shut down. Shelves were getting empty throughout the store and at least 15 to 25% of the store was already empty with shelves removed and replaced with nothing at all! Only 3 cashiers and no floor associates to speak of. Im convinced that this store wont be around much longer.

The store was clean and all of the price were better as compared. They also had a great selection of Christmas items and home decor. My only complaint is whole in the store the security door alarm went off three times with in 30 mins of being in the store due to Cashier not properly disarming the purchased items. I would feel embarrassed if the alarm went off on me and gave others the impression that I was stealing.

The cashier was very friendly, but there wasnt a great selection. This may be because of covid or that it was mid-January. Either way, overall its a nice site with room for improvement.

By far one of the better shopping places at the beach. Excellent shoe selection for Big Man. Also excellent clothes for Big Man. My only gripe is inventory is a little bad since after Christmas. This place has a little bit of everything. You can even buy your car mats and phone accessories here. Has a lot of health and beauty products now at really good discount prices. Has real friendly cashiers especially the ones we were with tonight. My wife also liked their selection of womens sneakers. She said they need to improve their purses there a little bit expensive and Kohls actually beats them on price. Kohls usually discounts their purses plus gives you 30% off. Its a seek-and-find kind of place she did like some of the household goods. Overall very clean and customer service was excellent.

Burlington literally takes all my money haha. This location is pretty organized, never had an issue with any of the employees. I do walk around with my stroller and diaper bag because I have a 4 month old so sometimes I feel like I’m being followed by the employees which I understand since I am a manager at a clothing store but I never give any reason to be followed. I keep my baby in my stroller and my bag on my back But other than that great location

Would be a 5, but I needed nightgown, and there were only 3 choices. The rest were either sexy, or big Mo-mos. Helpful.staff.

On Sunday July 14, I went to the Myrtle Beach Burlington. First of all, the older lady at the dressing room was very pleasant and super sweet. My cashier Mounira was very pleasant to talk to and she was very nice and gave great customer service! No problem there! There was a bit of a problem with the screen when I wasn’t paying, I donated $1 and it froze; No problem, I understand. She asked for help by an older lady with pixie haircut/short hair, who I assumed was a manager or supervisor, and she was not very nice to my cashier. She brushed my cashier off and went back to annoyingly checking the next person out so another employee could go to their break, which she seemed to have a problem with apparently. It just seemed super unprofessional to treat your employees like they’re a burden when they need you, no? The same employee scolded my older mother for putting a pair of shoes up she did not want in the checkout line. I’ve worked in retail before, I have NEVER scolded a customer for misplacing things, I know better and I know part of my job is to pick up after the store and such things. I’m not entries sure if she was having a bad day, or if it was because my mom and the cashier had a language barrier or if she’s just normally that rude to everyone. Unfortunately, i did not get her name even but although some employees are very nice here, there seems to be some that are not and I hope the issue gets approached.

Not enough jeans for large Black women. Were build different. We carry a lot in the rear. You need to get Apple Bottom, Baby Phat, clothes like that. You will get more large women shopping there. We too love to look good. Up North...Makes all their money dealing with large women. You need baby phat boots too and shoes.just saying. Burlingtons is a nice store but Ive been in better. The Alaska store is much better in variety with shoes and childrens clothing. if youre ever there go check it out. The South Carolina store is not bad I would recommend.

Ok, I get it. Burlington isnt exactly a high end department store, but give me a break. This was more like a rummage sale than anything. There was little to no organization and the stock was low. The store was sparsely staffed and, when you did walk by one, you dared not speak, much less ask a question, because they all were scowling, except one. Cody was the only exception. He was polite and seemed genuinely interested in doing a good job. He went out of his way to help me and his co-workers at the register. The store gets 2 stars. The employees get 0 stars. Cody gets 5 stars. Thanks for trying Cody!

Store is organized very well and kept very clean. The deals are amazing and change often. No mater the weather or season you can find just about anything.

Was super excited to get the Burlington store in North Myrtle Beach. Decent prices and good selections. One MAJOR drawback is the shopping carts. The are supposed to lock up when they get close to an exit, but They will lock up randomly. A total pain. I dont go near as often there as I go to other stores for that reason. Left more than one cart sitting in the middle of an isle because of it locking up and no where near a door! Friendly staff.

BIG store with ample space. One of the best selection on mens clothing and accessories in The Grand Strand. Its so clean and bright inside that it helps make the shopping experience pleasant.

Went in 30 minutes before close to grab a few dog toys and was told by the man at the front they were closing in 25 min. And that man and another man continuously followed us around and told us every five minutes they were closing. Great way to make you not want to shop there. We were aware of the time. No need to be rude about it. If you want people to buy from your store how about being helpful instead of pushing them out? Disappointed.

Here in myrtle beach on a 2 day visit with family, out xmas shopping. Also needed new winter coats for the wife and I(first one in 7yrs). And we have to say this Burlington is way better than ours in Williamsburg Va. This location is well stocked and has a huge variety of literally everything you may need and more. Got a good majority of or gifts here. Merry Christmas and happy holidays to all. You will not be disappointed.

It would have been fine, except for the fact he did not give me everything that I purchased. I need to call the store and have him put my merchandise up until I can get back there. He has my phone number and I should think he would give me a call sometime today. I will try the store later. The object that I dont have is the hanging shelf unit that is used in a shower.
