Not a reliable place to get a covid test. I live an hour away and drove here two separate times after having confirmed appointments and both times the pharmacy was closed. I understand unexpected issues but there should be some sort of alert system that sends out messages or something to customers so they dont waste their time.

The pharmacy is rude. My Dr called in an order I called for back and forth for3 hrs they claimed it wasnt there. I call my Dr back he said we sent it a long time ago. My physicians nurse had to call and personally speak to the pharmacist. To get them to find it. Then I get there and they still claim they dont have it. Then tell me after I throw a fit, and speak tob2 people, we found it, but that it will be 90 min. I advise them they had 3 hours and it was in a prepackaged that was ridiculous. I have never seen a pharmacy so busy with no one in it. Its a shame it took me being ugly to get customer service.

I love my Walgreens! Jamie in the pharmacy is great, and takes the time out to talk to me even if shes busy. They do have one girl who doesnt have the best temperament, but I just let that go. Maybe shes having troubles that arent my business.

This is absolutely ridiculous. I’ve been waiting for someone to pick up the phone in the pharmacy for nearly 20 minutes!!! Thank god I’m only having to use this pharmacy for 1 prescription.

I went in yesterday for a prescription phone in and was told ready . There was a woman at the EXPRESS Checkout Counter with either three or four prescriptions ready to hand to her . FULL 20 MINUTES LATER THEY COULD STILL NOT FIGURE OUT HOW TO CHECK HER PRESCRIPTIONS OUT AND HAND TO HER.I left and stated I would return tomorrow! TODAY I went in just a short while ago and there was a woman attempting to get her prescription and I was behind her between five and ten minutes with her standing there! The pharmacist I think recognized me from day prior and asked her to wait in the other seating area. I went the counter next and my prescription was checked out to me in less than a minute !THERE IS SOMETHING VERY WRONG WITH THIS WALGREEN !!!I WONT BE RETURNING TO IT EVER AGAIN !

The woman that answered the phone was incredibly rude today, she huffed and puffed the whole time I was trying to give her my information and was very short with me. I was trying to be as kind as possible maybe she was just having a bad day but you work in customer service and I just need my medication.

I would be very apprehensive about going to the pharmacy at this location. I love their photo development etc. But the Pharmacy is a different creature. I had a prescription called in here and they omitted an entire drug from the prescription. After having to return to the doctor she explained what had been called in. Sure enough the pharmacy had it and then questioned me as to whether I needed it. What if this had been really serious, I would not trust these people with any prescription after this experience. In addition, their demeanor was not anything close to courteous or professional. Do they even have a manager their?

I have always have a positive experience with the entire staff including especially the pharmacy and pharmacist. They care. They want make sure all prescritions are CORRECT.

The pharmacy staff is horrible. I have had to make several calls to corporate regarding unprofessional behavior and confidentiality concerns. I am often denied medication in a timely manor. I have suggested staff training as well as staff getting professional help for the personal issues regarding their medication bias

I never order meds from here but they have great sales on other items and I love they have a discount aisle for quick items.

They carry some items other drug stores do not.

The Pharmacist Janie, I think, is her name, has always been so helpful and kind! Never had a problem there!

I ALWAYS have issues with this Walgreens Pharmacy. The most unorganized and poorly ran pharmacy I have ever been to. They are always on back order with my medication and never inform me that my prescription cannot be filled. I will not do business at this NMB Walgreens ever again. I am fed up 100%!

Horrible experience at this store. I bought a defective bottle of ibuprofen medicine and they refused to exchange it. Some of the pills leaked and the medicine began to deteriorate. When my wife tried to take them back they would not exchange the bottle. Chad the manager acted in a completely unprofessional manner and has no business working in a pharmacy. My wife is 7 months pregnant and tried to make the exchange utilizing the drive thru window. Chad belittled her and questioned her if the bottle was even bought there. He was very rude and my 9 year old daughter was crying when she got home about the way her mom was treated. HELLO it says WALGREENS on the BOTTLE LABEL and I live in Seaside Plantation across the street. I didnt buy it at CVS or Food Lion or Kroger or Bi Lo. He brought another bottle off the shelf and pointed out that there was not a problem with the bottles. Chad...you are selling medicine which comes with a certain amount of responsibility. The bottle was full and was purchased less than 24 hours before trying to return.I own and run a business. If a customer is not satisfied with our photo packages or ice cream or anything else we sell, WE give a refund. Sometimes the the film card is defective, which is not my fault but I give a refund. Chad needs to find a new job. When my daughter brought it up to me this morning again and said how she still felt bad about it I was compelled to write this review. I have never written a bad review on the internet before, but the Chad went to far. We will never shop here again and will spread the word.

Wow!! Totally inappropriate behavior from the pharmacist. She informed me that my scripts all had to be filled which I could not afford two I could get over counter for half the price. She said its procedure. I called my Doctor because this seemed off and pretty common logic. Doctor said The only time this applys to any meds is they all must work together example pain pills and antibiotics. Pills that mandate a script with each other in order to help you. If there over counter you do not need to use script if you cant afford it dont let them take your money!

On 2 separate and stressful occasions the pharmacist has gone above and beyond to help me out. Thankful for them!
