Absolutely terrible customer service at this location! The cashier Faith and her manager Tracy refused to refund the sunglasses I had literally just purchased for me to buy them again with the $50 coupon I realized i forgot to use after purchasing. She treated me so rudely for even asking i could not believe it. She recommended that i try a different location at the tanger outlet?? Same store so that made absolutely no sense to me but i drove there anyhow and the guys there, ryan and david were extremely accommodating and happy to do that for me. Save yourself the trouble and go straight to the tanger location if you are visiting a sunglass hut!

My son and I tried several times to go into this shop. Most shops have some kind of limit due to Covid, but only 4 people in the store is ridiculous. I was looking for sunglasses for sunglasses and since they wouldnt let us in and we had to wait outside in the heat my son and I said forget it after 15 min if waiting. It was the same lady all 5 x in 3 days. We went shopping.

Girl working was extremely rude and obnoxious. She stated that I was required to wear a mask. I explained I had a medical exception. She said there are no exceptions and they were a private business and could make their own rules. And I said I can shop elsewhere!! I will Never ever buy anything there again!!!!

Spent the day at Barefoot & this is the ONLY store in the whole shopping area of Barefoot still requiring a mask. Woman went into complete panic as soon as I opened the door. If your mask is working dear, why do I need one on? Bought my sunglasses elsewhere & won’t return to this location. Let’s move on from the scamdemic folks.

Denied me service and entry to the store because I couldn’t wear a mask due to a medical issue. I’ll take my business to a better place.

They wouldn’t allow me come in without wearing a mask but would not provide a mask for me to wear. I understand they are trying to prevent the spread of the virus but what good does a mask do if your trying on sunglasses that everyone else is putting on their face.

The customer service at this location is excellent. I looked at sunglasses at several stores but ended up buying them here. Staff was very friendly and answered all of my questions. At other stores in the area I felt like I was bothering the staff and interrupting them from their cell phones. Not here – if you’re here on vacation and need a good set of sunglasses, this is the place.

As a 1st time shopper I purchased a pair of Persol Glasses $270 ....3 days later accidentally broke them....went back to purchase another pair....was never told about the warranty program (which would have replaced for free)....then there was no record of me or my purchase in their system (employee recognized and remembered)..good news was I can save 20% if I opened a credit card lol.....so it sounds like Sunglass Hut is a good deal....just wouldnt recommend this location for sure ...#informationmatters #customerservicesux #superdissapointed
