I have gotten both of my Covid-19 shots here and the pharmacist that I had was super nice and I will definitely come here again for any shots that I need like a Flu shot or a booster for Covid-19 shot.

Asked for paper bags and both the cashier and bag boy said they don’t have any. I said there is a stack of them right there pointing to the register behind me. She said again that she didn’t have any. So I walked to the next register and grabbed two bags. I told the bagger I would handle bagging. The cashier then proceeded to scan my items but wouldn’t turn the belt on to send my groceries down to me until I asked her 3 times to turn on the belt. Then I offered my phone # for my frequent shopper discounts and she told me when I was done bagging I could enter it myself. Most of the staff are great but you have a few punks working for you now that need to get trained on customer service.

Grocery store if your not familiar with Krogers. This store was not the cleanest but not the worst. Decent selection of products.

Great little Kroger, right on your way to the beach 😊 Its not a super Kroger, but it has everything you need. It is clean and the staff is super friendly. Especially the girl who is usually working the self check out, she always has a good attitude and a smile. The produce seems fresh and Ive never had to wait very long to check out. So if you need to pick up a few things on your way to the beach, some sunscreen, drinks or whatever. This is a good place to stop, pretty quick in and out and friendly 😊

Very nice store! When I walked into the produce department, I heard some lightning and realized it was a sound effect to let people know that they were misting the produce😂! I then went to look for a specific item and I asked the guy working in that department. He couldnt find it, so I continued shopping but then as I was checking out, he came and found me because he had just opened a box with that item in it! I appreciated that!

Very unfriendly male workers in the meat department. It takes more of a effort to be unfriendly than to just smile.

Im a little disappointed in the condition of this store. Just standing in the doorway, I could see bits of trash on the floor. The floor itself looks like a bad warehouse concrete floor and the lights are dim. The shelves were slovenly and under sticker. I get that it is the peak of tourist season, but thats not a good reason. Other stores are in good condition.

This store is disgusting. Dirtiest store in the area. Go to Walmart, food lion, or publix. Dont spend your money here.

We bought $600 worth of food for our beach week. So far the peppers were moldy on the inside, the ground beef and chicken were rotten before the sell by date.

I feel that I must ask this question... While in your store a few days ago I was impressed with the announcements reminding shoppers to be cautious in disposing of tissues and other safety precautions concerning covid. However when shopping the meat department I observed an employee with a mask pulled below the nose and coughing ? Needless to say I did not purchase from the meat department that day.

My absolute favorite grocery chain, always clean, in stock, polite employees...on point.

I used to enjoy shopping at Kroger on Main Street in N Myrtle Beach. I was very disappointed yesterday with:Slow check out with machine errors,Kroger staff did not honor their own coupons (they make up date rules as they go along),Rude Staff as we were checking out (accused us of name calling, we did not),In general, fruits and vegetables in that department do not seem as fresh as other stores (just my opinion).Local Publix and Food Lion stores on Hwy 17 N are looking like better options, where staff actually smile and make you feel like a customer.

Kroger’s North Myrtle Beach store. I wanted to share feedback for this store and an amazing worker there. Her name is Dixie. I was in self checkout when she assisted me with a card issue. She saw my rainbow semi-colon tattoo and said she liked it. She knew immediately what tragic event took place in my life when she saw my expression. She made my day for reaching out. Great Customer Service ! The staff was very helpful & informative. One young lady had a stand of drinks, as you walked by, she asked if you loaded the free Friday, explained they were not sent many of the item & wanted to offer another item. The young lady who checked us out, made sure our things were bagged appropriately, we were taking certain items to a different location & this helped keep us from having to sort through things later.

I wanted to get my valentine a BIG lobster tail for Valentines day and the only place to get it is 45 miles from me.I was sad but went to Kroger and asked Rocky at the sea food place and just like magic He found some in the back...Thank you Rocky at Krogers you made my Honeys Valentines day a great one.A HAPPY CUSTOMER AT KROGERS

The cashier and manager could not figure out how to accept our Kroger gift card. No real explanation. They just said we cant take it and sent us on our way.

Very busy location but always clean & well stocked. Very broad selection of national & store brands offer many items not found in other NMB grocers. Large organic, ethnic and gluten free sections. Local produce featured when available. Excellent bakery/deli with many cooked on site choices. A definite asset that supports local communities. Very highly recommended.

Nice grocery store located in North Myrtle Beach. Usually have some great deals. If youre a senior citizen they would have certain deals on Wednesdays. Not sure if they still do that or not. Good location with restaurants nearby and a pizza shop (Luckys Pizza) nearby.

Being from near Cincinnati, love that our local store is here. Same brands and quality we come to expect. Plus we earn gas credits. Store is a little congested, but mostly caused by tourist roaming the aisles in random order. Because of construction in the parking lot it was crazier than normal.

We miss our Kroger store, we used to shop there in Georgia. Their prices are great and the service is very good. This store is small and a bit crowded but it is a fantastic place to shop.

This is my most used grocery store. They have a new line of their own organic products, a very good phone app that offers discounts and Kroger sends you coupons in the mail where there are occasionally free items that they would like you to try. I do wish the WiFi worked a little better inside of the store itself.

Busy place on Sunday evening. Though crowded, was able to move through the aisles easily. Assisted by store personnel as they were restocking shelves. All items on my list in stock. Checkout was surprisingly quick. No issues at all.

We are from out of town, this was our first experience at kroger. it was incredibly busy, but Maryann helped us and other customers effectively and efficiently. she went out of her way to pack like items together. although she was in the 15 item lane she was trying to help everyone be in their way. Maryann deserves an award.

Bare bones Kroger. No sushi, limited deli, but diverse soft drink selection. Crowded cross aisle at the front of the store. Milk cartons displayed in a curiously proud fashion. Floor needs upgrading. They won the battle with the Publix across the street apparently, Im going to presume by being spartan.

Not a bad option for groceries and the prices were good compared to other local options. The store could use some refreshing though. In particular, it smelled musty near the carts, probably due to the refrigeration cases near checkout leaking.

Finally found this Kroger. Its a regular grocery store which I prefer over Walmart. They have a couple organic items so thats better than any of the other places.

Good grocery store that is near the beach. Its not as nice as Publix. The on sale items can be good for deal hunters. The 12 piece fried chicken is not great.

At first I thought customer service was great!! That was until I was in my car leaving with my family (which happens to be African American) and a public safety officer pulled myself my sister and 4 kids over to accuse us of STEALING!!!! I have never been so embarrassed!! To assume someone is stealing is 100% wrong unless you have solid evidence. We had $100s of dollars worth of groceries that they scanned. Everything we had was paid for. No apologies or even a call back from corporate after numerous phone calls. I’m disgusted!

This Kroger pharmacy is awesome!!! We were here on vacation and both kids ended up needing antibiotics so we stopped in to drop off the paper prescriptions and our meds were ready within 15 mins! Super fast service and the pharmacist and pharmacy tech were so nice! Amazing service!

This store is clean, well-stocked, and staffed with friendly staff. The sales make shopping here economical. It is easy to get in and out. The clerk was friendly and fast.

Located less than 10 mins from where we were staying (Prince Resort), so that was very convenient. The staff seems to be very helpful and the store is not as big as other Krogers, however it is very well stocked and clean.

First time at this Kroger. Only went in to get a cake. We got the two sliced piece container. The orieo cake was good but the frosting was too sweet. The coconut cake was okay, but that frosting was perfect! Other than that it was quite small. The cashier had a quarky and fun personality.

Was fine. Store is clean and well layed out. Did have a little trouble with a product that was going to expire in 2 days but was all they had. I didnt want to pay $5 for only two days worth. They eventually marked it down for me

Store seemed very well stocked & appeared nice & clean. Was only there seeking specific specialty coffee but was unable to locate it. Did find my Pops decaf Kcups on sale!

Wouldnt let me use a coupon because I didnt have a Kroger tag. Either I was to pay full price or get a Kroger key ring. Lolol make up rules as they feel please to do so!!

Good grocery store with great service. Lady in the cakes department was great. As a tourist from South Florida we dont have a krogers down there. I would say this is the best store compared to the other grocery stores in the area.

Came here the Saturday before July 4th and it was slammed! There was a lot of staff around to help people and every register was opened. Was pleased to see how quick we got in and out.

Every visit to the Grand Strand we come to this Kroger store. I’m in a few Kroger stores around the southeast and this one is as nice and up to date as any of the other ones.

On Sat it was packed wall to wall customers, the checkout lines were long 20 to 30 deep. The only saving grace was the express lanes were open.

Pharmacy staff are all exceptionally knowledgeable, helpful and kind. They are why weve shopped Kroger 20+ years. Grocery prices are low. store aisles are narrow with items stacked from floor level to over 6 ft high - difficult for handicapped or smaller people. Out of date items often still on shelves. Store is not particularly clean or well laid out.
