If you havent been to Honey Baked Ham, go back. They have really stepped up on all the products they offer.

First time in.. Will definitely be the last! I was the only customer, two young girls behind the counter. I asked a question about a menu item and the girl pointed to the menu and said find it there. So rude! I cannot understand the bad attitude.

Went to lunch... staff not interested in our purchase.. they could have cared less. Didn’t wipe off tables after customers left.. the bread had to be days & days old.. I’ve always been a big customer in south Florida at honey baked ham.. whomever the manager is needs to have a come to Jesus meeting with the people who work there... awful!

I spoke with the daughter of the business a week before the holiday. The whole reason you order early is to MAKE SURE you get everything you wanted!?! When my nurse arrived to pick it up the girl didn’t even have my order ready and my nurse had to scurry around to get an order for us!?! I Could not be more disappointed ☹️ In this location NEVER USE THEM!? If my nurse did not go as early as she did, we could have been left with NOTHING to eat!? If they can do that to me, they could do it to YOU!?! 🤔

I’ve been getting my holiday hams here for years. Their customer service has never been the best & the atmosphere in the store around the holidays is anything but welcoming. First, the note on the door when you enter: ONLY PAPER COUPONS . Then when in line: STAND HERE UNTIL CALLED! When you get called - usually by a non smiling face DONT TOUCH THE HAMS! I mean.. Come on where is the holiday spirit!Speaking of coupons...they don’t accept online coupons. I was told is because they are a franchise & not corporately owned. Oookkkaaayyyyy. So how is that the customer’s problem?I guess they don’t care because they are the only one around but eventually there will be competition.I still go there because it’s the only one around but this may just be the last time I spend $75-100 there every holiday.They really need to get with times & honor online coupons & work on the buying experience.

Just went in to pick up two hams I ordered and guy was really rude spent 121 dollars to be treated badly Horrible experience and a person was in there with mask off talking on phone and touching everything no social distancing at all Could not recommend

Had a late lunch today. Very good. They do honor their coupons, just need to follow their rules such as much be printed on paper! No problem. Everything was very good and fresh. Even enjoyed fresh baked cookies fresh from the oven. Thank you.

Extremely rude and disrespectful manager, Amanda Jordan at North Myrtle Beach location. We will not be eating Honey Baked Ham and complaining to corporate.. No need being that rude when youre in a service based business. My family will never go to Honey Baked Ham again.

I have eaten at many different honey baked ham stores. Employees at the north Myrtle Beach store were very nice. However I was very unimpressed with my ham sandwiches, they had a lot of fat on them and half the amount of ham on the sandwich then every other store I have been to. I have been to more than 7 different stores some were corporately owned and some were franchises.

Bought a smoked Turkey breast to enhance my home cooked meal. Dry. Smothered in syrup. Reheated badly. Even Turkey sandwiches the next day were syrup. . Not impressed.

Quality food for what they offer. As always Honey Baked Ham places are a bit overpriced but you don’t have to worry about bad food. I normally get one of the lunch boxes that has sandwich. pop, chips and cookie. They have a good selection for different tastes.

Ive been banned from the Honey Baked Ham Store on Hwy 17 Myrtle Beach, SCReally...Extremely poor ownership and customer service. Corporate Policy is that a follow up call will be made with 24 -48 hours of complaint. The ownerwas rude and condescending. No solutions, only disrespect.

Bought a ham 2 yrs ago that was great. Paid over $80 for a half ham for Thanksgiving and it was comparable to a $20 store brand. Not the usual flavor or tenderness. Very disappointed . It was not their usual quality and obviously rushed to get the $$$$. Consistency is the key to good business.

The Best Ham in Myrtle Beach!

I have always loved honey baked ham ...but it has been a very long time since I had one got one Friday the 19th a small one for 37.00$..rhere was more fat than meat on it each slice had to be trimmed of the fat so very little meat left to eat ..i was very disappointed and since Im over an hour away ..i didnt go back and will definitely not recommend it to anyone!

Not coupon friendly. No exceptions. Signage on store is plain, but very brusque and unwelcoming.

My experience was horrible. We ordered a 9 lbs ham for Thanksgiving and since it was on the north end of the beach we had it picked up. The friend that picked up called me to get the reservation code and they gave her a 5 lbs ham instead. When we called back to see what they were going to do to fix the issue all we got was the owner screaming at my wife through the phone. The owner Mr. Gary Hammond as per the guy on the phone. He wouldnt give her time to speak and was very rude. Then when he finished he hung up on her. We tried to call back from her number and they just let it ring. When I called back from my number they answered. This is telling me that he didnt want to deal with the issue. He got his money now screw the customer. I would never patronize this business again. If you want good customer service then do not expect it from this location or owner!

This store is very unprofessional. The manager refused coupons emails from corporate. When discussed with manager she said its not her problem. She also said she wouldnt sell us a ham. Unbelievable!
