Business hours on website and website both indicated the store closes at 7:00pm Monday. After driving 30 mins and arriving at 6:30, as we walked up to the doors the open sign hanging in the window was lit. Pulled on the doors and yep... Closed. Thank you for all your help with the purchase of a new hat. Please make sure your advertising the correct store hours. Means a lot to your customers.

Ive always been a ballcap kind of guy but Im 56 years old and it was time for a change! I tried to change several times in the past but was always a little intimidated by the huge selection in this type of store. The few hats I tried on were quickly given a thumbs down by my daughters. Id get frustrated and just buy another ball cap.Today I was determined! I walked in and told Jordan I had no idea what type of hat I wanted but I wanted something other than a ballcap. She immediately suggested a flat cap. I was a little hesitant but I tried it. Im so glad I did. Then I told her I also wanted another hat for sun protection. We tried on a few and I decided to go with a Tilley. The hat selection is amazing, and intimidating, but Jordan was so knowledgeable and very helpful. Im very happy with my two hat purchases. I had a great experience here today and would recommend this store to anyone!

The Carolina Hat Company is a cool place to go for quality hats at Barefoot Landing in Myrtle Beach. There is a great selection of all kinds of hard to find hats. The hats are high quality and the prices very reasonable. The owner is knowledgeable and super nice. Dont buy hats online when you can feel the quality and try them on in the store. Take the time to visit. Weve purchased several hats here.

Nice hats but expensive

Awesome selection. We stopped in and my sister and nephew bought a couple hats. After looking around at other stores my son and I went back and bought a couple of hats because nobody else had a selection remotely close. The staff was super friendly and nice. I will definitely be stopping back during my next trip to Myrtle Beach.

Went in to the store at 3pm on 7/5/19 to purchase a hat to replace the one I had lost in the ocean. I forget the name of the clerk that was present in the store, but the hospitality, friendliness, and helpfulness of this man was representative of quality customer service you just don’t see enough of nowadays. This store could even have had a mediocre selection of hats and I would still give it a five star rating, but no! The headwear selection is comparable to the customer service in its amazingness. I could not consciously go about my day without making it known that everything about this store is phenomenal. It’s even pet friendly.

Service was awesome! Found a hat that actually looks good on me, not an easy task! Salesperson was a huge help.But you really want to pull down the sign at the tilley hats about bowmanville zoo, google him, its not good !

Just stopped into Carolina Hat Company tonight and bought 4 HATS!! Could have bought 4 more! Selection is amazing, pricing is great ... the associate working tonight (8/28/2018) was super helpful and knowledgeable. Pop in just to say hi if you are in Barefoot Landing ... I guarantee you will leave with a hat!! LOL!
