I originally posted a 1 star review because I didnt appreciate the way this business had their vehicles parked in such a way that prevented me from making a delivery to a neighboring business. The place Im delivering to could be charged Detention if Im delayed for too long. Someone eventually showed up that had the keys to move the blocking vehicle. I have updated the review and rating as promised after the owner came outside to confront me about my original review.

Impressive group of people with great prices and even better service! I stopped by while I was in town a week ago to grab a few things for my home kitchen, not knowing what they can supply and was surprised to find that they stocked a TON of non-commercial affordable supplies, on top of their very large commercial product line. Their prices were great and their staff is very kind and knowledgable, especially Josh who helped answer a few questions.Whether youre looking to supply a restaurant or your own kitchen you should seriously check these guys out!

I admit I found myself in dire need of an electric food warmer but honestly thought by shopping local and supporting a local business, it would be appreciated. I shop here every time I need something for my business. I have let it slide too many times.First of all, you would think that your business is appreciated. Secondly, you would expect to be treated with courtesy not like youre just another person walking through the door to spend your hard earned money in their store. Third, they make you feel like you are burdening them (most of them) asking for their professional opinions and advice on the products THEY CHOOSE TO CARRY, and act like the consumer is supposed to know where everything in the store is located. Well, I purchased the food warmer for $245 only to come home this evening and just out of curiosity, decided to look the EXACT SAME ONE up only for $177 and free shipping. Well, Im stuck. It is what it is because something came up where I needed it quickly but this is too much of a difference in price in my opinion. I just think its unfair. By the way, make sure you know what you are getting because theres a HUGE SIGN UP ON THE WALL THAT READS...ALL SALES FINALABSOLUTELY NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGEShow sad...but go figure🤔I learned a lesson and I also will think twice about returning.

So. I have an Italian Ice Cart and think duoer freezer of -30 plus degrees that forthe past 3 years each summer has broken down on me in July and my one company that i could find to repair it was 35 miles away and they closed. I called up Lance and spoke to Nicole and she said..sure, we can work on it...so i took it down and left it and they fixed it over a period of days and its back better than new.Thank you Nicole and staff for taking care of it. Much aporeciated

Emailed about a used walk-in freezer for sale to Josh and never heard anything back. I dont expect much but if no one checks emails and responds within a day or two then what can I expect when my unit needs service or worse yet, a breakdown?

I hired this try to company fix a steam oven for me and they ordered the wrong single 3 phase motor instead of the single phase that was on the motor plate. The technician told me that they ordered the wrong motor by mistake. I called Lance many times and left him messages and my calls were never returned. The technician then came back to give me the original motor and told me to just send the motor back to the manufacturer in China and get a single phase. I told him I wasn’t going to the pay shipping to send this motor back to China and he just said “sorry but you better take it up with the owner”. This company doesn’t always do what they say, stand behind their work and are very unprofessional and not recommended.
