This store is convenient and has great service. Eric helped us pick out a mattress for our condo and he was knowledgeable and very helpful. He spent a lot of time explaining the differences between the mattresses. This was a great experience and we are so happy with our purchase.

Bought a twin size mattress & lifting head. The mattress is comfortable but the mattress is not heavy enough to keep the blankets tucked in. Also mattress slides a little. Salesman did not tell us this when buying.

Bought a mattress set 5-18-16. Delivery guys asked to sign the acceptance prior to assembling bed. They never secured the frame bolts. They slid the old mattress down the stair rails, scouring the paint. I complained to the store, the Regional Mgr and wrote to the company president. I got no response. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE. RATING IS ZERO.

Shame on this business! Manager said they would match what competitors were offering... in this case, Costco. When salesperson realized that his commission amount drastically decreased trying to fulfill managers commitment, he started treating me with disgusting service no customer deserves. I was in business for two beds. They agreed to match for the first bed, but not the second. Stay clear of this business, save yourself the trouble and the money they will certainly pressure you to unnecessarily spend, and go elsewhere. I told Costco customers the experience when I picked up the two mattress sets for about half the cost Mattress Firm was advertising.
