My best friend and I came down to MB for a get a way and stopped in. I’ve been looking for a certain type of sock that I bought in Mackinaw City MI so I’ve been stopping in MANY HD shops on our trip down. As soon as we talked in, everyone said hello but one lady stood out. Her name is Kristine. She was so helpful in the items I had questions about, was my personal assistant and gave me honest answers to my questions when I tried items on. My best friend and I walked out of the store with a new favorite friend! Kristine was so personable and a beautiful soul! I don’t know what this lady is making but it clearly isn’t enough! After we had our items rung up, she made sure we had our military discount and double checked the pricing we were receiving. If you come into this store, Kristine will not disappoint!

Stopped in few weeks back to see if they could get a bike brought from another harley. They had it there in a week and I was off riding. Sully was the man with the plan and did eveything he could to get me on that seat. Whole experience was awesome. 🤙🤙

My experience not so good. I had a bike listed for sale and the called me and asked me to bring it in because they wanted to buy it. I took it in and met the guy I was told made the deals. We agreed on the price and he told me I could ride it another day and bring it back to close the deal. It was bike week. When I took it by he had somebody else look at it and offered me less. I declined. When he made the offer yesterday he in no way implied it was conditional. Sad that peoples word means nothing anymore. Wasted my vacation time.

If I could rate this dealer a zero, I definitely would. What a joke! If your situation is not perfect, do not show up here in North Myrtle. I would highly recommend going somewhere else. Joe was a joke. He was very demeaning, disrespectful and not responsive at all. No help from Joe or Jason the finance manager. I called another dealership who worked with the finance team at Corporate and was picking up my bike and driving it home four hours later. Dont walk, run to another dealer.

Excellent staff, Joe was awesome, helped me through the process of choosing the best bike for me this man really knows his stuff if anybodys looking to buy a new motorcycle or used motorcycle you have to go to North Myrtle Beach Harley-Davidson and see Joe. Jason the finance manager walked me through every option every choice I had he made it painless simple and got me out real fast to get out on my bike and ride awesome job... Kristine helped me find the perfect helmet to fit my head made me walk around the store for 10-15 minutes to make sure it was definitely comfortable. my first motorcycle buying experience with this dealership and they all made it the best experience I ever had purchasing a vehicle whether it be motorcycle car or house theyre an awesome crew they work well together they are very attentive to detail so if you truly want an experience where you are the customer and you are number one you need to see these people.!!!!!!!

A very bad personality and didnt like the tone she gave me this morning in front of my husband..I ask about the $27.00 tee shirts that Amanda told my twin sister to come in on fri .that she would be bringing shirts out for the rally. . Please Jan try Little harder to be nicer next time ok . My twin sister and myself have no intentions ever walking back in there. My husband and I went to their store shopping for a bike this past weekend. Saw one that we were interested in. The salesman said it had just arrived and he did not know the price it was being sold for. We gave him our phone number and asked him to call us when he knew. That was Sunday; it’s Wednesday now and still no return call. Currently as we speak, driving to another dealer to get the same exact bike. Sometimes it doesn’t pay to stay local, perfect example.Added. Thank you for your response : it may be wise to than keep bikes that are not ready to be sold, in the back and not out front where people are actually shopping for motorcycles and ready to purchase. Don’t confuse ready to purchase as “in a hurry”. We had a bike picked out and happened upon yours and without even a phone call in a weeks time, we moved on. God Bless

Bought 2 store pins and a patch and 2 shirts like I always do when I travel...over 150 different harley stores...when i got home in baltimore I opened the pin to put on my vest and the backs broke off. Made in China. I called and left a message. Still waiting on return call now 2 weeks. Of course the over priced shirt shrunk when washed...typical f ing Harley...I still love my 2013 ann edition fatboy..i even have a tatoo but I wish to hell the all American harley davidson was actually American made...the store clerk was awesome tho

What an amazingly easy and enjoyable experience. Anthony Erskine was a wonderful representative to deal with. He made the search and the test ride / purchasing experience productive and relaxed at the same time. I was treated with the utmost respect by all dealership staff and was greeted each time I entered the building. All of my friends that I ride with exclusively purchase their bikes from this dealership and from Anthony.

Bought a 2012 Harley Davidson Switchback from this dealership during fall bike week. JJ was an awesome salesman and the general manager Mitch was helpful when it came to a cracked headlight that was missed during safety inspection but when I called back up there right after I left from purchase to talk to someone about my shifter linkage falling apart and my bike only starting in neutral(which Im pretty sure they knew about seeing that everytime I got on my bike to start it it was in neutral) I was ignored. If you buy a bike from them be sure you go through it with a fine tooth comb. Not sure what a safety inspection consist of but Im pretty sure the headlight and shifter are two of the things that are suppose to be checked before letting you take off.

Always treated professionally and with courtesy. Anthony and the rest of the staff are awesome people. I recommend this dealership to everyone who goes to Myrtle or North Myrtle Beach.

I went to the Harley Shop looking for a preowned Heritage Softail. They didnt have one in stock, so the salesman Anthony did everything in his power to get me the bike I wanted. He had it there the next day and took me out for a test ride. He was very patient, very helpful and gave me a great deal. This was a wonderful experience for me. Anthony and The Harley Shop at the Beach have a customer for life.

Great place to purchase a bike! I thought? Yes they were helpful, kind and very friendly, while I was there. Problem, purchased the bike a month ago and still havent received my tag. My temporary tag runs out today? Have called the dealership several times concerning this issue but havent heard back from anyone. Even sent an email and still no response. I find this to be Bad customer service. It appears once youve purchased and out the door they are finished with you! Sorry for the bad ratings but you earned it!!!

I rate the overall shop 3 stars because my family and I were in town this past week, and stopped by the shop to purchase some gear. Walked in, wasnt greeted by any sales ppl. Sought out a bike sales person, had a decent conversation, was sent over to the parts guy! Cant recall parts guys name, but hes y the shop got rated 3 stars! While asking the parts guy several questions, this wonderful gentleman wouldnt even make eye contact with me. At first I was surprised but after forcing him to converse with me through question after question it became quite comical! On to the good of the shop. Kristine, the motor clothes sales woman took her time with my wife, my son, and I. She explained the difference between seasonal and regular motor clothes. Took the time out to show us some nice wine/drinking glasses. And most importantly she took time out to help my son find the perfect bike(toy) souvenir to highlight his vaca! As I told Kristine, she brought light 2 that dark/dreary shop! In more ways than 1. Sales ppl like Kristine are the definition of the term service with a smile! Keep up the GREAT work Kristine, and hopefully your wonderful positive/friendly/ welcoming personality will rub off on some of your co-workers in other departments!😁✌

This shop was fantastic, clean, and pristine. However, Anthony was extremely unprofessional, arrogant, not very knowledgeable about the Road King I was interested in, and seemed to only care about making himself a sale.

I will give all Harley Shops 5 stars. This shop is a little small and may need a face lift. However, they make up for it with events and deals. Staff is always great and enthusiastic when it comes to their craft!
