Dog friendly, military appreciation discount! I will never take my car anywhere else. The staff is knowledgeable and quick with quality work. The first time I went there, I was greeted with kindness and respect. Every subsequent time Ive been in.. Ive been greeted by name, with a reference to my last visit, and complaints that I didnt bring my Malinois back with me this time. (Lol)The customer service and honesty is unmatched by any mechanic Ive ever been to. Most places try to nickel and dime you claiming you NEED all of this work. The mechanics here give you their honest professional opinion and do not try to pressure you into unnecessary repairs. I will no longer trust the safety of my familys vehicles with anyone else.

I called and asked for pricing for diagnostics and he literally refused to tell me and suggested I go elsewhere. Definitely wont give you my service or hard earned money.

They cant do wheel alignments. Said I had 3 bad ball joints and tried to charged me 1200 for 2. Took it apart on there word, and nothing was wrong with them had normal wear....nothing but scalpers that dont know what there doing.......I used to be ASE master certified and these people lie to your face to try to get to do unnecessary repairs

By far the absolute worst experience my family has ever dealt with for a few simple repairs. Save yourself a lot of time, money and frustration and find a trusty mechanic, not this corporate disaster it has turned into. Firestone used to be trustworthy, but has gone absolutely down hill. Nothing but lies and a run around.If you plan to respond Firestone, understand I never received the call back from corporate as promised. I was transferred to a rude woman in a call center in India who laughed at the fact I was dealing with a huge problem and literally provided no reassurance my issue would be addressed. If you wish you reply, please be genuine and actually correct the problems at the North Olmsted location not just tell me to email you and nothing changes. Actions over words!

Took my truck in at 9:30 the lady said give them a couple hours and a couple hours turned into 5 1/2 hours . Never again will I go there and advise anyone else go to Conrad’s instead even they can change 4 tires in less then 5 hours

Very demeaning to consumer. I was hurt and wont return for further or any services!

So I am in an emergency as far as money, all I had was a Firestone credit card. Anyone who knows mini coopers knows that you can put 215/45/r17s on the car, even though stock tire size is 205/45/r17. So they said dismount the tires from your own vehicle. So I did that, and then justin, whom at first said he could help me out, because the 205/45/r17s are 136 dollars per tire, when the tire 215/45/r17 is less than half that price. So not only did he waste my time, for dismounting the tires and bringing them in, he also refused me service. Mind you I have no other vehicle besides my mini, I had to rely on my parents vehicle to bring the tires I took off up there! They dont take their jobs serious enough to help someone in need, mind you my spending limit was 500 dollars, which in any normal scenerio is more than enough for a set of basic all season tires! Poor customer service! Not even a sorry came out of his mouth! Strongsville and Parma Firestone are way more customer oriented than north olmsted any day! Its a shame because I live in north olmsted.

Had a low tire and messed up valve stem, they were very busy but got us in as soon as they could. Which wasnt long at all. Went into pay and it was lower than the estimate and that tells me they are honest. Thank you very much.

I refuse to ever come here again. It was such a nightmare. They didnt help me at all. If anything only made my vehicles issues worse. Spent a bunch of money on nothing. The ONLY upside is, once I was able to contact the store manager he handled the situation well. He made things right for the most part. Ill give him the credit on that one. Other than that, no thanks.

I came there because of a small nail in my tire, and I was a out of town visiting here in Cleveland. He said maybe he could get to it that afternoon I arrived at 745 AM. So he could not even guarantee he could do it that day. I understand hes not making alot of money on a nail in the tire but really. Also their was NO ONE in the waiting room. Then he told me how he has to take the tire off and all like that was some big job.

Went for a alignment. Basically paid 92 dollars and after a hour and half done. But they stated they couldnt align the rears because of my model car didnt have adjustable bolts. And to do them they would have to be installed by dealer... paid 92 dollars for half a alignment.. guess I am off to the dealership to have it actually aligned..

The guys where able to fit me in and I know they where busy. Appreciate that.

Good price on a set of 4 tires, super fast service. I called ahead and was able to get new tires during my lunch hour. They did a phenominal job in a short time. No scratches on my rims, no busted center caps, all issues Ive had from other tire p!aces.

I had a lot of history with this 🔥 stone until this year. The customer service was excellent from its manger Mike I had a great relationship with 🔥 stone that changed after me having work done on my car because I felt the other workers had a problem the way respectful treated me as a customer. The motor when out on my windshield wipers they replaced it only for it to stop working after it was replaced. It stopped working because they (🔥 stone) crack it they ordered another one and wants me to pay $55 to put it on. I havent been back because I dont feel that I should have to pay them because they are the ones that cracked it. I also noticed that the manager Mike attitude was different towards me and thats another reason I havent been back.

You never know if these places are here to rip you off in fact every time you go there you end up spending way more than expected or replacing stuff you werent there for. Whatever they do, they seem to do it right despite their shady and not completely verifiable suggestions. Once i went there for a flat tire, ended up with four new ones (my tires werent old at all) Not the friendliest service but not rude either. Relatively fast service.

I came into their establishment desperate for some help, I was in a hurry at 10 AM when there was no one in the lobby and no line of cars, I just needed a couple questions answered so I could feel safe on the road. They had easily six or seven workers in the garage standing around doing nothing, and one employee in the lobby who was on the phone trying to sell someone tires. They never acknowledged my presence, never even said, “I’ll be with you in one moment.” I just stood there and waited, Then realized no one was going to help me. So I left. The staff could have cared less.

The staff was so helpful, considerate and friendly! The service was done in a timely fashion along with amazing prices! I would highly recommend their services, as customer they really make you feel like a priority !

Car fixed yea!

My battery died, and the dealership near me said they couldnt install a new battery for five days. I called Firestone, and these guys fit me into their already busy schedule today. Theyre THE BEST!

Went in for tire rotation, balance, and alignment. Somehow I ended up purchasing a tie rod (overall cost 300$)...the guy told me that it needed to be replaced because it was not road worthy, and I ended up with a power steering leak too. I asked about the leak, they did not know, its not nothing they do.I looked at the parking spot where i parked the vehicle...no sign of leakage, i went back to the house no leakage. I honestly feel swindled. 300 $ later, i still have god knows how much to take care of the leak. Be careful about upselling with these guys... Somehow I bought into the tied rod thing being loose...and decided to buy it.

Good, fast service every time I take my car here, and the prices are reasonable. Do they try to upsell? They sure do. Have they blatantly made up issues trying to rack up the cost? Not in my experience.

Just got new tires put on my wifes car even though it was super busy all of the members of the staff made sure that we were comfortable and everything went fast and smooth. The price of the tires was great and love the new ride glad I went with the tires they suggested.

Worst Experience Ever. We Had A 10:30am Appointment For New Tiers And They Didn’t Even Start Working On The Vehicle Until AFTER 12pm.!! Here We Are, Almost 3pm And They Still Only Have Two Tires On. They Are So Inconsiderate Of Peoples Time. I Would Not Recomend This Business Simply Because Of How Poorly They Operate.

I had made an appointment for an oil change and alignment online for 10AM. I had a lot to do that day so I stopped in around 7:30 AM to see if there was time to work on my car earlier than 10 AM. I was greeted by Mike with a big smile and he said l, sure we can fit you in. I am so grateful he was able to take my car early because it turns out my car was due for more than and oil change and an alignment. Mike informed me I needed spark plugs, bushings, and coolant flush. I had been putting all of them off for awhile and I knew that by how my car was running. I asked a lot of questions and Mike answered all of them in terms that I understood. He even showed me pictures of the bushings that they had on a display in the showroom. He informed me of the importance of all the work that needed to be done. I felt comfortable and knowledgeable to have it all done. I am so glad I did.. my car runs so much better!! My car is 11 years old and I have been bringing it to Firestone in North Olmsted for 10 years because of the GREAT customer service. I have said this before...and ill say it everytime...Firestone in North Olmsted is like my second family! For example, when Mike was explaining to me what why my bushings needed to be replaced, Liz walked in and remembered me. It had been atleast 3 months since I was last there and she said, Hi and asked how I was. I will always reccomend this Firestone!!!!

They are scam arrests! Dropped it off to get a tire patched, had a nail in treads. They call me up tell me tire isnt fixable, and by the way we found $4000 dollars worth of work that needs done. Including a roder that hasnt seen a whole set of brakes yet. Never go here they sell you stuff that doesnt need done for outrageous prices!

Great service, knowledgeable employees, and they give honest help, if they cannot help, they are willing to direct you to the correct place to get your vehicle serviced. For example transmission work...etc etc etc.

This place isnt even worth a whole star ! Took my jeep in Saturday for a oil change and look over and walked out with over a 3000.00 estimate for a muffler ( almost 800.00 estimate) a rack N pinion repair (1000.and some odd dollars and cents ) and ball joints..ect ect. Took it to Mieniki and the Muffler cost 170.00 with labor, Rack N Pinion was fine, ball joints, alinement air conditioner recharged..ect ect for a fraction of the cost!!! Dont waste your time and money with these people!! Before all this I took my Kia Optima in to them to replace the tires and came came out with a bent rim and them telling me there was nothing they could do about it! Done with these people!! Take your buissness elsewhere and save money!!!

Its a shame that one star is the least you can give. they tried to scam us with a fake free tire rotation.they said they rotated them when the same bald tires were still on the front. and on the rear the tires had lots of tread then tried to pressure us into four new tires. and other repairs.

Horrible service they told me my 2 cars were ghetto and that I should get new ones they put my car in the air for 30 mins brought it back down and said that my frame was cracked how come I never had a problem before If my frame was cracked I wouldve definitely knew about it they actually wrote on both of my receipts that my cars were ghetto
