Whoever was working the morning of 9/15 was an absolute sweetheart. No one leaves honest reviews anymore, and she made my morning.

Kashari and TK were no help at all. I was looking for a product that they didn’t even know was sold in the store. I had to call another store to get help and found it myself.

Got the wrong color item and within the hour return to change or get a refund. I was told bluntly nothing can be done because they dont have the color I want and they cant refund for hair only exchange. After standing there for almost 15 mins or more as she spoke to a customer service rep, eventually I was forced to get something else and the balance of my cash on a gift card. Horrible service

To the little thing in there that think she is special. First I walk in looking for a certain product and she just says we dont have it and walks away. As Im on the phone calling coworkers to tell them another employee hears me and walks me right to it. As i thank her I unfortunately have to meet Miss thing at the register who continued her rudness. Sh ends with practically throwing my receipt at me and drops it. I just laughed and told her to keep it!!! Wont be back

As a model that lives in SoFl half the year, you can imagine I go to Sallys alot, for myself & my models that stay w/ me. I prob spend 300+ each time so the free bag deals help me to spend more just to collect them. I am very lucky my local branch has a sweet employee named Maya! She is do helpful, always sweet & makes sure myself & my models always takes advantage of the deals in our email, that we didnt even realize we had! Thank you Maya for always being kind, and helping Taylors Angels get the best beauty products at a very reasonable cost! I hope Sallys shes this review & rewards her, as if it not for her, I would not shop there, or spend nearly as much as I do😘

I go to Sally’s a lot but in the last month they have hired a new girl who is very rude. When asked where something was she said she didn’t have it. But they did. I found it. When newton her at the register she practically through my receipt at me. When I called to ask a question she said no and hung up on me they won’t get anymore of my business till she goes.

Theres a new girl there whos very rude. Wont help at all. Makes nasty comments. Dont think ill be coming back
