If I could give 0 stars I would. Firstly, the salesman George Rader at the Saint Lucie West location made an inappropriate comment about our masks after the transaction was all said and done. He apparently only deals with speaking to the men in the situation as well (misogyny). Upon giving them my new delivery address, it was never properly put on file, so my $2500 tempurpedic bed for my brand new apartment was delivered to my old address on moving day no less. So I slept on an air mattress that night. Very poor service and handling of business. Would never deal with them again.

George Rader was great! He helped us through the whole process and was friendly and pleasant bit never pushy. He knew all about any deals and promotions available to us. In the end we got a great matters at a great price. Highly recommend!!

The sales person worked with me to get the best value for my budget

Our experience started out great w/Maria helping us in the store, but after that point it was nothing but mis-communication, lack of communication, & overall a very stressful & disappointing experience. We would actually recommend people DONT use Mattress Firm.We needed 2 mattresses quickly to the condo we just purchased, as my parents were coming to visit in 2 1/2 weeks. On our initial visit to this store, we promptly selected the mattress we wanted to order (we needed 2), & were told there were 3 left in the warehouse. We took the evening to think about it, & the next morning we called in to get exact specifications on the mattresses & place the order. Maria wasn’t in but she had assured us she’d handle it & get it shipped in 2-3 days for us regardless. Unfortunately for us, she was impossible to get ahold of (She didn’t respond to emails, & the phone number at the bottom of her emails was for a store at which she no longer works, which I called, & was (rudely) told that she no longer worked there). She had told us that she would make sure we got 2 of those 3, so we figured there’d be no problem & that worse case they’d notify us if they were sold. She also told us they would be delivered in 2-3 days so we also assumed wed be fine taking the extra day to really be sure since delivery was pretty quick.We waited until after the weekend so we could talk to Maria. When we called into the store to place our order we were now told that there was only one left (We needed 2). The salesperson we spoke with was unable to help us so we tried calling another store to get some help. Steve, the salesperson who we spoke with was particularly unfriendly & rude, & even made a snarky comment implying that we were taking up his time talking to him when he could be working on it. His rudeness made us wish we had the time to cancel the order, find another mattress store, & place an order there, but we didnt have the time to do that (with my parents arriving in just a week 1/2 by this point).After a few more days we eventually heard back from Maria again, & she said she was going to “work her magic” & get us the one bed from the Miami warehouse & the other bed from the Orlando warehouse. There was miscommunication here again as well. We were told wed get them delivered by Thursday (this was Tuesday night), but when we followed up on Thursday (when we never heard about the delivery window we were told wed get) we were told that was impossible. Once again, we couldnt get ahold of Maria to figure out what was going on. Then we got another phone call from a guy named Sean who was also trying to figure out what happened. So much confusion, lack of communication, & mis-communication. We didnt know if we were indeed going to have our mattresses in time or not, & at the price we were paying this should have been a completely stress-free purchase.Another day or so later we finally heard back from Maria w/a new update on the order of things. Two separate shipments under one sale order. She did apologize for everything, & we dont blame her entirely for everything that happened. The blame lies with Mattress Firm, for their multitude of cracks in the system & failing management. It starts at the top.Last, but not least, once again a case of mis-communication (or lack of communication) after they delivered everything but the one mattress from the Miami warehouse we got a call from the Miami store that our mattress was ready for pickup. So we had to call them back & find out what was going on. They had to look into it, called us back, & cleared everything up, but seriously it was one thing after another with this company. Just a horrible experience. We will never shop Mattress Firm again & strongly recommend people do not shop there. You just dont know what kind of sh*t show you are going to get. We were pretty disappointed, frustrated, stressed out, & we were not expecting that kind of service with the prices we were paying. A hard lesson learned, unfortunately.

From the moment I called mattress firm on us 1 and n PGA and spoke with Maria who just happened to be there from another store. Our experience was/ has very pleasant and informative. we finally went fortunately the item we were looking for a was not in store but she did everything she could to secure us the correct foundation as well as go out of her way to follow up several times to make sure that it would be here the next day as well as giving us a good price she went above and beyond showing kindness professionalism not at all like (pushy, crafty car salesman ) she seems sincere genuine !!!!Thank you despite all that is taking place around the world : how REFRESHING!!!

We had an excellent experience at mattress firm on US 1 in North palm beach! We had gone to 2 other stores, not mattress firm stores, before hand and found the sales people to be very pushy or uninformed about mattresses.We were looking at regular mattresses like sealy’s etc and the sales person at mattress firm, Joni Hahn, took time to explain each mattress to us and when we laid on temprepedic mattress we really liked it but the price tag was BIG! However after Joni explained in detail about the company and the details about mattress, we decided to go with a temprepedic.Thankyou so much to Joni Hahn, she was super nice and really cared about what we were looking for and she made the experience really easy and enjoyable!!Young sales person but so kind and so professional.Thanks again, Jon and Lisa Shearer

My wife desired to purchase a mattress for his 3rd bedroom; seldom used but intermittently required for a young child or adult, Dev, our salesman was understanding and started his sales at the low end of its product line. I found this customer-service driven, and we were grateful.I believe we settled on a mattress with a 5-year warranty that was entirely satisfactory. Dev also facilitated the retrieval of the mattress by our son about 350 miles north.Succinctly, we were very satisfied with Dev’s listening and analytical skills and grateful to Mattress Firm’s promotions, and our savings...

Went in to purchase a queen mattress today and Bob S was incredibly helpful. He walked me through the various mattresses in range. I was in and out with the perfect mattress in 15 mins. Dave was a big help when we were choosing a mattress. He helped explain the bed frame as well and mattress pad. He got us set up for delivery the next day and the delivery team was great, from bringing their own delivery mat to keep the mattress clean, and wearing shoe covers. They were very nice!!

They have been so helpful. I must have spent 90 minutes on our first visit. Joe was so kind and patient and helpful. I picked two mattresses, and he arranged delivery the next day. About two weeks later, I wasnt in love with the first pick. Dave Skillman, the manager, told me to come in and choose another. He was patient and helpful while I did the princess and the pea for another 90 minutes, and he helped make another choice. This store definitely takes customer satisfaction and customer service seriously. I highly recommend them!

Super helpful. The staff and manager were really nice about letting me try different mattresses. I have EDS, so I need a mattress that will support my joints.
