We just received our mattress a few minutes ago, so I can’t comment on the comfort yet, but I sure have to comment on the service we received from Gary Danziger at the Palm Beach Gardens store. We walked in without an appointment and Gary greeted us in a very friendly, professional manner. He was attentive and informative and helped us find the right mattress quickly. We ordered the mattress just before 5:00 PM and it was delivered before 9:00 AM the next day. Fantastic service!

Great place. No pressure saleswoman who was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Kelly needs whatever she’s getting paid at least doubled. And she very easy on the eyes as well!

If I could give them ten stars. I would. I complained about my back hurting from sleeping on my bed. I wasnt sure why. We had purchased our mattress at City Mattress years ago. Angie Gasperson, offered to look up our account before showing us a new mattress. Unbeknown to us, we were within our warranty period and she arranged for a technician to visit our home. She was so patient as we tried many mattresses. The technician arrived as scheduled and was very professional. Our mattress had an issue and Angie processed the replacement to be delivered the next day. The wonderful installers called before,arrived when promised and quickly replaced our mattress while respecting Covid guidelines as did all of the employees. What a wonderful surprise for us. Thank you City Mattress! Great staff and great store!

Angie is knowledgeable and immediately took us to several options for my grandma’s new bed. She thoughtfully answered our questions and helped us choose a great mattress for my brother, while being mindful of our budget. She graciously small talked with grandma while drafting our order.The delivery was on time and FAST. The gentlemen were efficient! They also gave my grandma time to vacuum under the bed area (they did my brother’s delivery in a snap in the meantime). I really appreciated the thoughtfulness - she’s had a tougher time moving around on her own lately. Came in with an appointment to work with Gary. Bought the high end Prana mattress. My wife is very happy with the mattress and they did a great job of walking me through all the features of the different mattress. Mattress is all they sell and they are a family company. This is the place to go. You may be able to save a few bucks going elsewhere but it will cost you in the long run.

John is an exemplary employee! His knowledge is extensive and he really displayed a willingness to help me ease the pain I was experiencing! Unfortunately, the set I purchased was too soft, and John waited for me to pick another on his own time as I had a late appointment. Mattress shopping is not the most exciting or enjoyable experience I can think of doing on a Saturday. But, I want to give credit where credit is due. I was recently at the North Palm Beach store in need of two mattresses. I worked with the store manager John. I told him exactly what I needed and he showed me just what I asked for. No high pressure, no just try this one, no this is a little out of your budget but you will love it sales pitch. The price on the beds includes the box spring, which other companies up charge for a box spring. The experience was actually very pleasant and the delivery happened just as I asked. The Sales Representatives at City Mattress are friendly and helpful. Each one I have dealt with have made recommendations according to my needs, without any high pressure sales tactics. I have always felt as though I was treated with kindness and respect, and that the price I paid for my bedding was a fair price. I know that employees attitudes start with the person at the top, which tells me that Mark Schiller must be a GREAT leader of his team! I will definitely keep shopping at City Mattress.

John was very knowledgeable. I enjoyed his approach. The entire transaction occurred over two days and during that period of time he was lay back but was there to supply all of our answers. Thus far we’ve enjoyed very comfortably nights of sleep.As to the delivery crew they were very efficient, friendly and cooperative.

City Mattress is the place to go. Our salesman Gary met us at the door with masks. We told him we wanted a Serta. He showed us in all, 5 mattresses. All varying in degree of firmness. He stayed in place while we tried them out, answering all questions and comments. Very professional gentleman. We chose the first mattress Gary showed. We bought for about half price exactly what we wante. The showroom was well spread out with current decorating tastes. Our advice: Do not buy a mattress online. Go to City Mattree in North Palm Beach and ask for Gary.

Best selection of latex mattresses that Ive seen. Not crowded when we went in, so we got helped immediately every time. Great service. And nice low-key location. We purchased a mattress that we are VERY excited about!!!

City Mattress saved the day! After building a king bed frame that I purchased online (with a mattress) I realized that I needed a box spring for this particular frame. It was 9pm on a week night. I called City Mattress and explained that I needed a box spring that night so I could have a bed to sleep in. I spoke with John and called the warehouse and helped me all in 10 minutes. Within 30 minutes total (and even after the store’s closing time) I was at the warehouse, 2 discounted twin box springs wrapped and at the door waiting for me, paperwork printed and ready to go and even someone to load it up in my car. I can’t thank you all enough!

Having previously purchased two mattresses from City Mattress, it was the first place I went to for a new mattress. Vicki T was an outstanding salesperson. She made the buying experience very easy. Delivery was in a timely fashion and the two men who muscled the queen mattress to the second floor were terrific.

John Pereira greeted us at the door and promptly took us to beds that were within our price range and showed us a variety of mattresses based on what we said our preference was. Absolutely amazing experience! Gary has the patience of a saint and was incredibly knowledgable about ALL the beds. I was so indecisive about coil vs no coil, price and brand and he was great in helping me narrow it down. I was like goldilocks and he helped me find the perfect bed!!! I have bought a number of very expensive adjustable beds. I have had several problems with the frames failing to work. Frames in master were purchased do to major surgery. When I call customer service the recoding says someone will get back within 24 hours!!!! 24 hours??? That is not customer service. I am having a knee replacement in 24 hours and my bed is frozen n in place!!!!!!!!This is not an acceptable model of “customer service”. The recoding should let me speak to someone!!!!Don’t be so cheap, put someone on the phone!!!Btw John Pereira the manager is terrific. Would never had made the purchases without him. Nor should I have to rely on him to access customer service.

We had a trial test on a mattress which we didnt like we took it back and replace it with the one we have loved it there people there are helpful and I have no problem going back there again
