Being in the restaurant business for over 40 years I think I know a thing or two about grills and customer service. I remain very impressed by the Outdoor Kitchen Store and owner Jeffrey Kline. From the moment I walked into the show room, Jeffrey was very helpful about retro-fitting a new grill into my outdoor kitchen. He took the time to visit my home, take measurements, suggest the appropriate size and schedule the workmen in a timely fashion. In my opinion, if you are looking for a great outdoor grill run by professionals, you cannot go wrong with the Outdoor Kitchen store. I ended up purchasing a side by side Delta Heat and finally I can sear/char a 2 inch thick N.Y. Strip like it is supposed to be!

Great overall experience.
