Needed a notary so I went here. What a delightful little place, tons of stuff beyond shipping. Cards, gifts, ups, fedex, usps. Florida stuff and a bunch of other stuff. So cute.

The owner, Stacy, is quick, organized and very professional. all of the staff are friendly and proficient. they do everything! Shipping, keys, passports, notary, cards, curio items and so much more. Park tight at door. Easy in and out. Highly recommend.

Been using Shipping Plus for over 6 years to include mail box service. Complex shipping to include high value has been performed, with 100% of the products arriving as scheduled. Highly recommended for highly competent staff and flexible options for shipping.

We have been using this facility for years, for shipping, faxing, scanning, etc. Never had a problem. Staff is always helpful and smiling. Everyone knows USPS is undependable and getting worse. Use other alternative shipping that you can track.

I agree with Kristi Meyer, Mail both Local and International gets lost here and nobody is accountable. Please stop giving lame excuses.She is extremely inefficient and clumsy, It is funny how to posts praising her store appeared after 3 complaints. She probably got them posted or posted it herself. DO NOT GO HERE YOU WILL TEGRET IT.

I mailed a small envelope with a birthday card and a few photos overseas on the 8th of August, they still have not received it despite receiving all other International mail. I lost some local mail mailed from here last Christmas. I am angry and at a loss to understand what is going on. She will have a lame excuse now to cover her negligence.I am sorry, I located the receipt it was Monday the 5th of August at10: 28 a.m. It was a small white envelope, sent to New Zealand. You charged me $ 3.18. Anyway I will never give you any business again and advise people I know not to do so too..

I have lost International mail as well as some local mail sent from here. She is aloof to any inquiries and concerns of customers. Do not go here, they are not at all reliable.

Overseas mail mailed in August still has not reached its destination, it never returned to me as I had my return address at the back, This is not the first time she has lost mail. Never going back to this sorry joint again.

The blonde lady at the front was rude.. kept walking back and forth looking at the computer while I was trying to ask questions. Offered no help. I normally dont do reviews but she was that terrible.

I really appreciate receiving email notification when mail arrives for me ti avoid unnecessary stops and uncertainty.Convenient location for cruising ICW and Bahamas. Anchorage and dingy access within walking distance. I really like McArthur State Park and bikeable access to West Marine, Trader Joes, Apple, Office Depot, Barnes & Noble and many other small and big box shops.Reasonably priced services. Friendly owner and staff. Small town feel. Gift card boutique in the lobby. Office support services like fax, shipping, etc.They were out of actual boxes so I have a virtual box - okay and they know me after several visits and will leave the counter business to check my mail so I dont have to wait. Id prefer 24/7 access to an actual box though I like the sense of community I have in being known.
