Horrible service! I was treated like absolute trash and was told I was able to buy something for a certain price and came back and he raised the price $300 and then completely refused to work with me at all. Also his employees were openly drinking on the job. I would not recommend giving this clown your business. Total waste of time and money.

This is the best pawn shop Ive ever been to by a looong shot. The employees are helpful & cool as hell & the owner is a awesome dude. For example, I had a few things in pawn when this Covid-19 Pandemic started and usually i would come & pick my stuff right back up on payday. Well I got set back really far cause of the virus to the point of loosing my stuff. where at any other place they wouldve took all my stuff without batting a eye, these guys understood the situation & when I did come get my stuff back it was all there and they didnt even charge me a late fee like elsewhere would have. Love this place and will always go their before I go anywhere else!

Ive done business at this pawn shop sporadically for the past 15 years. Its always been a pleasure and the owner (his name escapes me) has been hands on and easy to work with. That all changed today. I stopped in because over the years Ive noticed stacks of baseball/football/basketball cards by the front door, and I collect so I wanted to see what he had. After going through a few stacks I selected 4 or 5 cards I wanted to buy. The owner agreed to do some research (mostly recent sales on ebay) and give me a price. We both check the recent sales, and when he offered a price nearly triple of the going rate, I made a reasonable counter offer, Basically full sale price of recent ebay sales. The owner then launched into a tirade. He stood across the counter and flipped me off several times. I thought he was joking at first. Then he started screaming and cursing, and started damaging the cards I wanted to buy to prove a point I own them and you dont and I can do whatever I want....when I asked if he was okay he said he didnt like the look my eyes made when he gave me the price (I was wearing a mask to comply with COVID-19 guidelines and my mouth was covered). Ultimately, I ended up overpaying for 2 cards because I felt sorry for him. Ive dealt with mentally challenged people before and its obvious that this man suffers in that department. He even had the nerve to tell me at one point that he knew the value of the cards, but felt he could get closer his ridiculous asking price if an uneducated customer came in to look at them. Wow! So, please be careful. Doing business with someone that feels they need to prove a point can be dangerous. Maybe the whole thing was an act to make me feel sorry because he wanted me to think he was a special needs person (if so, it worked). I probably would never go back, but who knows...if youre an opportunistic person you could probably get a videotaped conversation with the owner to go viral but in doing so youd be exploiting a person with a mental disorder...

Top notch customer service. Looking to by a cheap gas weed eater, they gave me a good deal on one, didnt work, so Robert there went above and beyond to try and troubleshoot, but they ended up giving me a great deal on another one. Couldnt have asked for better service.All around great place to do business with. Will be back for all my pawn needs. Thanks guys.

I have been going to Palm Beach Pawn King for years and highly recommend them. Ive tried pawning items at other pawn shops but they never offer as much as Palm Beach Pawn King. The staff is always professional and extremely helpful. Even if you are not looking for a loan Palm Beach Pawn King is a great place to find so many affordable goods such as tools, electronics, bikes, jewelry, watches, guns, and antiques. I love going in just to find good deals!

I recently stopped here with my mother to see if she could sell her wedding ring, my dad passed 6 years ago and things are tight for her. They were compassionate and kind and definitely gave a fair price for the ring. Andrew, the owner actually had me come back to say that he was able to estimate the ring at a higher price and gave me more money. Places like this can be scary and when emotions are involved you feel vulnerable. We did not feel like that at all, my mother and I left feeling comfortable with the choice we made and happy with the transaction, we will go back!!!

This place should be called Pay Online Prices Pawn. Why in the world would I come to a pawn shop to spend OVER RETAIL ON EVERYTHING IN THE STORE? Its incredibly disrespectful to the customer who asks for a price to immediately run to the computer and check online for the highest cost item that doesnt even reflect the condition or value of what you have in the store. I will not be returning and I recommend others avoid at all cost.

Rip off. I went in to buy a couple records for a friend that is getting a record player for her birthday and they lied to me about the value of the records I was buying and overcharged me. Also, their prices are pretty much retail. Just go to the store and buy whatever it is brand new on sale for less. Update: I still stand by my review. My friend got a bike there, not cheap and it ended up needing all kinds of work. Their response is super cute and clever with the comparison to Santa and all. If it is important to you to buy your goods from someone who can cleverly insult your review online later regardless of quality or price, then I highly recommend this shop!

I Paid to have a gold ring sized and a gold necklace repaired. I got my ring back with a little spot on it that looked liked silver, the new clasp on my necklace was fake when I paid for real gold.... I sent them back and they got the silver crap off my ring but there is still a mark where it was, and they gave me a new clasp, that is loose. Also they repaired the broken links on the rope chain very poorly..... The little pieces they used to bond it together have fallen off not even a week later. I will never be back and do not recommend them for jewelry repair. The fact that they gave me fake gold really seems shady to me.... A man i believe to be the owner did apologize but the jeweler there is no good.

This is a little late, I went in last week.. I was looking for a specific Dvd as a gift and asked the woman (Im sorry Im bad with names) if she knew if they had it. While she couldnt remember if they carried that specific title (they must have over 100 dvds!) she sifted through the boxes with me searching for what I wanted, all the while engaging me in meaningful conversation. I admit I dont have a lot of experiences in pawn shops, however the few that I have been to havent been as inviting and friendly as the proprietor here. Checking out, they introduced themselves by name with some sarcastic humor. Not only will I be back, but this is now the main shop I will go for any of my needs, Ive never felt so welcomed in an establishment. Thank you so much for your unique service and friendly environment!!!

DONT GO HERE. LIARS AND CROOKS. Had them size a 14k ring for me, it had a spot on it and when I asked they said oh its just polish.....just took it to a another place for cleaning, its gold plated in the spot they cut to resize! They are very dishonest.

I cant believe they used fake material on my sisters ring. My buddy at another jeweler is fixing it and using real gold. These guys are deceitful.....as for the dumb comment from them......my buddy became my buddy AFTER you guys messed up her ring.....I never ever once said he fixed it for free, but he did give me a better deal than you, AND used real gold! My father had the ring fixed for her around Valentines Day, along with my rope chain that your jeweler did a crappy job on (thats why you wont find any transaction under our names) instead of just telling me its hard to fix rope chains( like my New GOOD jeweler buddy did) your guy blobbed on metal to the breaks, it looked horrible. We are not trying to vandalize anyones business, but everything we said is 100% true.....and we did not come back to have it fixed because we honestly feel your all crooks. No, not steal from yourself to give buyers good deals crooks.,,,,(HA! Whoever thought of that comment is the king of crooks!). Your lie to customers and take short cuts to increase profit CROOKS.

Very rude i bought a buy was too small trying to bring it back the owner was threatening calling lier saying i broke it. All was he flipping out over was a lose bolt. One employee was going to let me exchange but he step in hell broke lose. Dont go here unless you want to be ripped over.
