We chose Marcello and his company Kitchen and Granite place based upon all his great reviews. He and Omar and his crews have exceeded our expectations. His communication is tremendous as all our questions were always answered in a prompt and professional manner.His recommendations for our condo renovation were very helpful. He has a great talent for design. He removed existing flooring of 2000 square feet, gutted 3 bathrooms and showers plus master closet remake with sound proofing, porcelain tile floors, and custom made bathroom vanities plus mirrors. All this in 2 1/2 months and restricted hours five days per week in our condo.We are very impressed by his crew and the quality of their workmanship. All very high quality materials were used and efficiently installed. Marcello takes no shortcuts and delivered all as promised while being very accommodating.We would like to close with the fact that his work is very reasonably priced and he and his crew did a lot of extra work at no charge plus an extraordinary job of cleanup and repainting. I first have to say I’m delayed in writing this EXCELLENT review because I’ve been enjoying my NEW KITCHEN so much, but I wanted to finally take the time to share the BEST KITCHEN REMODELING COMPANY one could ever hire. I would give 10 stars (if possible) to Kitchen and Granite Place and would HIGHLY RECOMMEND them if you are looking to remodel your kitchen. This was our first experience with this type of project and had heard of horror stories from others when it comes to renovating and finding the right company. We couldn’t have been happier when we first met up with the owner, Marcello and knew instantly he was the right person for our project. Not only was he very personable and attentive to our interests but he was also ALWAYS readily available for ANY questions during the entire process. Any other contractors we were dealing with at the same time (electrician and plumber) were amazed that the owner of our Kitchen Contracting company was readily available as needed and had visited our homesite on several occasions from START to FINISH to ensure all details were taken care of. From the time we started our process by contacting Marcello and moving forward by choosing our cabinets and design, our beautiful kitchen cabinets were delivered, assembled and our granite counter tops were fabricated and all were installed within 15 business days (5 of which he was waiting for us to finish our tile floors) all during the COVID-19 pandemic (UNBELIEVABLE). Not only was Marcello so involved and easy to work with through the ENTIRE PROCESS, but we also had the pleasure of working with his carpenter Omar and his granite fabricator and installer George whom were both so skillful in every detail. I cannot express how AMAZING this company is and worth every penny of our investment into our new kitchen and home. Marcello and his crew recently completed a remodeling of our kitchen which included putting in a new tile floor in the front hallway and bathroom. They did a fantastic job at a very reasonable price. The quality of the workmanship is great. The crew are very skilled with great attention to detail and are very hard workers. The project was completed in about two weeks. Marcello is a delight to work with and made the whole process a lot less complicated than it might have been. Marcello is very attentive to his customers needs. If you are reading this and trying to find a great place to do your kitchen and bath counters, Kitchen and Granite Place is where you want to be. I have dealt with many contractors and sub contractors in the course of building one home and renovating another. None have been as accommodating and easy to work with as Marcello at Kitchen and Granite Place. Also, his pricing is very reasonable. I got three quotes for replacing our kitchen and bath counters and Marcello beat the others. Despite being the lowest priced, Marcello took a great deal of time addressing issues I had in selecting an sound granite slab, going out of his way to inspect slabs in several locations. I am a somewhat finicky individual and Marcello never expressed any concern over the amount of time he spent working with me. The 5 star rating above should be more like 7 stars!(Quite simply, if you are considering going with another countertop contractor, you are probably making a mistake.)
