Moved to Cube Smart last summer and its been the best facility Ive experience so far in 15 years of storage. First youll get set up and registered by the manager Neil - hands down one of the nicest people youll meet. Has an answer to all questions and readily available if needed. Their newest addition Lydia is a sweat heart and always a joy to see when making her rounds around the property! The facility is kept clean and cleared at all times. The key code entry is a great feature. Definitely makes me feel safe when Im there after hours. Highly recommend using this facility for your storage needs!

I Recently had to get a storage unit for some newly acquired furniture and I had to look around for places. I could not have asked for a better place to find than this CubeSmart. For such a short notice Lydia, who is one of the managers, was super accommodating and such a pleasure to work with! Her personality really helped ease the stress of moving things in on such short notice. She really goes out of her way to make sure customers have everything they need and is constantly making sure things are the way they should be. I am very happy with the unit as well as the fantastic customer service I have received with not just Lydia, but the whole team there! The unit was spotless and also had a welcome bag including a lock for the unit. It was super convenient that the store also sold furniture covers that I had forgotten to buy beforehand!

After using being a long time Public Storage customer i cant express what a great facility this is. The manager, Neal is genuinely a friendly guy and has gone above and beyond to help us transition to a new facility. The grounds and interior are always spotless, well lighted.

I recently rented a unit with cube smart and I am overwhelmed with the way the people working there treats me . They let me know how I can save money and time. This is the kind of service I like and respect. I have a unit with Public Storage and I am very disappointed with them . Now that I discovered Cube Smart I am moving all of my stored goods from Public Storage to Cube Smart,and they are even providing us with a 16 foot moving truck for a rediculousely low rate. I love doing business with Cube Smart and there is a great big difference in cost, cleanliness,safety,and security when compared with Public Storage.

I have been at Cube Smart for about two years now and can say that even though they have the ability to raise the rent at their will, which worried me at first, has not been a problem. I am paying the same amount after two years.I feel like everything is kept spotless at all times and I feel very safe. Both being in the building as well as my the stuff I have stored.I think the office manager, Neil Parker has a lot to do with that part of my comfort. He walks around the inside building checking to see if everything is as it ought to be.I have asked him for several favors and he has always kept his word.Overall I can’t think of anything I would ask to change.

Cubesmart is great! Ive had a unit there since 2017, and I just downsized this weekend. The facility is in great shape, and the woman working in the office was professional and proficient. My experience there has been excellent so far.

The facility is very nice and clean. Working with them to secure a unit was a pleasure. Managing staff was excellent. However, we arrived with the Atlas truck and we could not get in the elevator because my code was keyed in wrong at the office. This caused a great deal of stress as the movers were standing around waiting. I would recommend this company making sure that your code is properly keyed in.

I switched to here from another storage facility down the road and I couldnt be happier. After 9 months with the other place I was ready to just give my stuff away to not have to deal with another storage facility, so so glad I came to cube smart. The manager and staff are kind, prompt, and best of all HONEST!!

Well, so far the facility and team have earned 4 stars and I remain optimistic. It has only been a week since I first stopped into their location to inquire about renting a space and then today, I rented their truck and moved in my 1st round of stuff. The staff (that Ive met), Janessa and Omar, have been very helpful and respectful. There are a number of unloading entrances and the floorplan seems well-designed to accommodate us storage folks. All in all, I am anticipating a very positive rental experience!

Cubesmart is a pleasant surprise in the self storage market. They are reasonably priced, clean, secure, easily accessible, and their hours are all I need. I just started using them in February of 18. Ive used others in the past and was not pleased with the service. The most impressive part of my experience was Omar. He works there. He truly seems to care about your needs being satisfied. I made an online reservation and received a follow-up call from him in minutes. When I stopped by to check it out he answered all my questions in a very friendly and professional manner. He didnt try to sell me a unit that was larger than I needed, he showed me the units and let me decide. I was sold. He finished the paperwork in just a few minutes, explained access procedures and rules, and I was on my way. Hopefully they wont raise my rates in a couple of months like other self storage places have done to me. At this point I highly recommend cubesmart and thank Omar for making it such a painless and pleasant experience.
