Worst experience. Scammed out of money on a family mobile plan that was not compatible with 2 of my phones and they blamed me. We went back to the store The very next day and they weren’t their to assist. We had to switch back to previous carrier because we were with out service. When we finally were able to get in touch with them 2 days later they said they were closed for their holiday and gave me the run around and blamed me that the carrier they put me with told me my phones weren’t compatible, they said the carrier was incorrect and refused to refund me after I allowed them days to make it right. I tried tried to stay local and give business to the town I live in and they scammed me.

Really great experience with these guys, they know what they are doing, I switched my 3 Verizon lines to boost mobile and they also gave me another free phone and free 4th line for the same price for 3 lines, service is amazing phones are perfect I will always come back and definitely buy all my cases and accessories from this location. Best location in the Plainfiled area and central jersey 👍👌

I was having problems with my phone service so I took my phone in to see whats going on they told me it was my phone so Im decided to look at my data connection it was the problem they had rather sell me a phone for 150 to 200 instead of investigating the problems no technical service all is salemanship and commission

Do not buy a new phone here. I purchased a supposedly new iPhone from this location and the first phone had scratches and a cracked camera lens. The gave me a different new phone when I complained and this phone is clearly used as well. The battery health is under 80%, phone wont hold a charge etc.... This place is selling used phones as if they are new and charging full price for a new phone. SCAMMERS

WORST STAFF AND MANAGEMENT EVER. WILL NEVER USE BOOST. UPDATE: So, the rude management staff responded below with misinformation. He or she clearly did not do their research about the matter. 1) I never asked for a fake receipt. 2) I provided the pin and code associated with the phone. 3) We provided the location of where we purchased the phone (Westville, NJ). 4) Boost Mobile Customer Service DID ask us to visit the nearest Boost Mobile to get verification of our service which is why we came directly to the store. 5) The Boost Mobile employee did NOT do his best to assist me and simply ignored us and refuse to help. SO, it appears the management is just as rude, misinformed and incompetent as the staff. This would explain the disrespectful behavior and horrible treatment we received at the store. Apparently this is the environment condoned by the management.Original Post: Our Boost Mobile phone was stolen. Someone added our Boost Mobile cell phone number to a Sprint Account without our knowledge or permission. While Sprint was very willing to help, they could not proceed without Boost Mobile verifying our accounts existence. I went to the North Plainfield Boost Mobile store to simply get verification of the account we had (which is now defunct due to the transfer of our number to Sprint). We provided all requested information including the pin associated with the phone and date of purchase (including location). Not only was the male employee rude, he provided false information to me about Boost Mobile destroying ALL customer records and when I questioned him on that, I was refused assistance by him. Per Boost Mobile Customer Service, the statement the employee made is not true. The North Plainfield Boost Mobile employee (male) also refused to contact his store manager per my request and stated we dont have managers at this store location so get out please. I asked if the Boost Mobile employee could at least assist me by calling customer service and see if they can show him how to provide any proof that our account existed and he refused again to assist while continually asking me to leave the store. When I addressed his rudeness and unprofessionalism, he laughed at me and my children. The Boost Mobile employee stated You have no business here. I cannot help you. Leave. Not only are we disappointed at the lack of assistance with Boost Mobile in verifying the existence of our previous accounts but to compound that with a rude, unprofessional and disrespectful store employee is utterly unacceptable. This type of behavior by a Boost Mobile store employee should NEVER occur. Maintaining employees with this level of disrespect and unprofessionalism speaks volumes as to this stores lack of customer care. Bottom line, someone is enjoying our phone number. Boost Mobile is the only one who can provide the information to rectify the matter but wont. This is outrageous.Leaving us in a situation where we have no cell phone, no cell phone service and no proof of past service is simply not acceptable. Thank you Boost Mobile for absolutely nothing and for hiring/maintaining rude and disrespectful staff. I will take my business to Sprint since at least they care about this gross injustice and deprivation of our cell phone usage.

They over price Everything, Nothing that I purchased works to its full capacity, or is worth what theyre charging. I purchased a brand new Samsung galaxy and a Boom Pro bluetooth speaker for $100, in April, by June battery in the phone is no good, the phone continuously stays hot, and blacks out. The speaker, hmph, my phone is louder, the charger cord isnt compatible. I seen the same speaker for $35, afterwards.
