I showed the sales associate what type of fabric I wanted a new recliner in from one they had on the show room. I just needed a larger size. I told her I didnt want the fake leather feel. I wanted a tight micro fiber fabric. She showed me pictures of one. I said it looked like the fake leather, she assured me it wasnt and the picture was deceiving. And that it was what I wanted, so I ordered it. Three weeks later it arived, upon getting it home I opened the box and found it to be exactly what I didnt want. I called the associate and she told me it wasnt a fake leather. But the feel is similar, and that she would only charge me 15 percent restocking fee instead of 30 percent. She was wrong on the fabric but I have to pay the restocking fee.
