I was able to return some pvc parts despite the 90 day return policy and not having a receipt. Even with just getting store credit I was surprised.

A lot of young workers who clearly do not care about there job. How can you work somewhere every day and not know where anythings at?

Clean facility, real, helpful humans available to assist, a good assortment of necessary things. Definitely an alternative to other Big Box stores.

Great store I love that they are still offering 11% back on everything that you buy. Great friendly people however there is one thing that I really dislike. And thats having to wear a mask in the store when masks do not work.

Biggest crock dont even have order ready. An didnt even know what was on backorder. Had to wait 30 min for order. Didnt bring scanner to pick up area. Get your job right love it or leave it..... dont think you deserve that 1 star

Had list of items to buy. No problem in locating items. Checkout was efficient and the clerk was polite and professional.

We need a car battery. We called around getting prices. Did not call Menards but went there to check. They had the battery and Menards price was the best . Better then I riellys and cohagen and carquest.

I dont even have to think about this one I love this place the employees are helpful but I go there enough to now were everything is at one thing my hubby and I have been talking about is the materials the pick up out side well sometimes we just need a few peaces of backer board and were in a hurry that day oh ya backer board id water proof and you install it on before your tile on walls, counters, floors . So anyway then we have to get off go and have to wait in line some times which move pretty fast wait in line purchase a mask because we dont know how to save ours ever then walk all the way to the back corner of the store to grab a pick up paper for the backer board walk all the way back wait in line again to pay for it then run out side get in sour truck drive to the back have the gate look it over go look for it for the backer board load it up go back to the gate then we go by then at least 25 -35 minutes have gone by anyway my point why cant have order,pay pick up drive threw in the back .that would be great ok I made this sound so crazy long but I will do it by the time Im back in my car I am already have my hands full of different things:-)(◔‿◔)

What a joke. This store has employees that dont know their job. Also they have suddenly decided that you have to wear a mask. Went shopping today. Got all of my products together. Went to check out. They refused to check me out. Nebraska does not have a mask mandate. Wont be going back to this waste of money.

Great Menards, was able to pick up what I needed in a reasonable time.

Pretty good but half the team still forces masks and is the only place in town that does. We are from out of town and they require you to buy them to enter. So you spend money before you even get to do your shopping.

Terrible quality, no respect for the Americans With Disabilities Act. I havent been in since April, 2020 and will never be back after seeing the way they had customers crowded shoulder to shoulder in the entrance with a security guard corralling every customer through a 3 opening. Way to protect folks! Lets slow them down and down crowding up in the entrance in the beginning of a fake pandemic!

Really good store always has what you need it seems, and the employees were fast to help me find what I newd.

Totally ridiculous experience. They forced my 18-month-old baby and three year old son to wear a mask and anybody that has an 18 month old baby or a three year old child knows about how well that went. When they would not keep their masks on they would not check us out because my 3-year-old had broke his. I will definitely never shop at Menards again.

Dont like their mask requirement. Most of their stuff is average quality big box store type merchandise. Pretty good selection.

I called about an online order...technically not this stores responsibility, however Im not intrigued by trying to find out why I havent received my $300 order using an email service. So, I call i get transferred to Rebecca in customer service....who, I think should be capable of this task, but I was wrong. Either that or she just didnt feel like working...🤷‍♀️So she transferred me to plumbing...well, I didnt order any plumbing, but James answers the phone and proceeded to go above and beyond for me. He was able to track down my order and tell me exactly when I can expect it delivered. Thank you very much James!I appreciate the great customer service you gave me.

As usual, menards takes an hour every time I go there. I asked an employee where to find a lighter in the grilling section, I was given a vague finger point and I think its over there. I would pay 11 percent more just to shop at locally owned hardware places.

Im a contractor in the area and Im by up until recently my materials from Menards due to exorbitant prices in local markets. Most recently I purchased 10x6 ft fence panels and 4x4 10 ft posts to do a fence job. I got almost complete with the job and started to notice that the wood was twisting and multiple directions and Im referring to the 2x4s the 4x4s and the fence panels themselves so while Menards may be a big store with a lot of options and the prices are inexpensive that age old adage you can get what you pay for definitely takes effect here there wood is subpar most of the materials they have are subpar although inexpensive I would rather pay a little more for a much better piece of wood. The staff to run at the management the workers are all very helpful and good I just think Menards needs to take a closer look at the quality of their product theyre turning into a Walmart for home improvement.

Not pleased at all with my most recent experience there!! I was asked the gal at the front if someone could grab the item I needed since I cannot wear a mask. She said no. Told me to order online... and when I explained that I would be paying with cash and not a card- she just shrugged at me. Really? I went to menards to purchase a new craftsman lawn mower. Menards had a good selection of gas and electric mowers to pick from.

Selection is good but...we bought a washer and dryer. I call to set up delivery. The guy tells me 3pm tomorrow. So I leave work early to be there intending to go back to work. The truck pulls in at 7pm !!!!! Only 1 guy. I paid for delivery so my husband in his late 60s wouldnt have to lift the washer and dryer. The guy was helpful with the installation but I paid for delivery and set up. Not too happy with losing hours at work and not completing my work but my husband has to help get them in and out. What if he wasnt here???

Ran into Hitler [store manager] he ordered me to put my mask on! Instead of asking politely he yelled put your mask on i was in process of checking out he also ordered the cashier to stop the transaction. Stood over me until i obeyed his order. Once the transaction was complete off came the mask. Yes i knew about the store policy i had it down chatting with the cashier because she couldnt understand me trying to talk through my mask. So basically the dude is a idiot ordering me to put my ask on without even trying to ask me nicely! Enjoy your shopping in nazism mernards

Dont waste your time or money. Bad products and bad service.

I would give 5 star rating for the product selection and people that work there, which is opposite of HD.But the biggest pitfall is there systems for contractors and ordering.#1. They desperately need a Pro Desk where contractors can check out their employees without being present. And so that when an order comes in, it doesnt get lost in the abyss like my last order for cabinets.#2. They need systems to ditch the paper game and a way to look up orders from my account number or phone number. If I lose my paper order form or just dont bring it due to the order showing up 2 months late, I wont be able to just go pick it up in the back, I will have to go into the store, then have them look up my order, then have them print it off then go drive around back through the security police gate. I backed up a huge line to the lumber gate because they couldnt look up my order that they delayed 2 months later, they could not find it, and they could not let me in. Then even worse with the systems, you cant log onto your account and access previous orders. You have to go to your spammed out email.But all in all, good products, good prices, bad systems.

Why would you turn off automatic doors? I realize its an exit but everybody goes in that way. One after 1 you can watch customers walk into the door.. not only a hazard but difficult to get in when you try to bring in your own cart...

I have never in my life been treated that bad from an associate and it won’t happen again. I will not shop here, they preach masks and distancing but it’s ok for their people to wear them incorrectly and they can stand right next to each other but if you get within a few feet they are rude. Nope, not happening to me again. Menards you can kiss my money goodbye!!

Once again it was off to Menards to buy some wood. After looking through three different stacks of wood I found all the pieces for my project. I can find most everything I need here. I do have to pick through a lot of wood to find straight nice pieces for my projects.

I bought a few appliances there at great prices. Employees on the other hand seemed to be bothered after me asking a few questions. Tried to sell me a fridge that had a couple dents and scratches on it after paying what I did I asked if they could bring down another one and it seemed like that was hassle for them only to come home & realize that there is still dents from them trying to transport the appliances. Could’ve been treated better after discontinuing military discounts. Sue was helpful but didn’t really know what she was doing which in turn made it more difficult for us as customers.

Good hardware prices, and 3/4 of the grocery section IS CHEAPER THAN THE LOCAL GROCERY STORES.Not sure if that reflects on how good Menards prices are, or how poor local prices are...Overall, great selection, ultra friendly and helpful staff, and just an all around great place
