Have you guys ever had A WEEK!? I mean a HELLISH week, wish you could wake up next Monday and try over. To end this monstrosity of a week FULL of manifestations of bad karma Ive obviously accumulated throughout my LIFE, one of the windows in my very old, very poorly maintained rental home broke. Like BROKE BROKE shattered into oblivion. My initial concern was how fast can I fix this dilemma to prevent the tiny humans who inhabit that room from escaping, but also how much will it cost to repair, and do they offer children as compensation. (just kidding, kinda). This morning I made numerous frantic calls to local glass companies whom were booked out until mid week next week, surely my heathen children would have left the home under the cover of darkness, through that gaping, shattered mess of an exit point, so that wasnt an option. Enter North Port Mirror and Glass. The absolute heroes of this saga. It began with the receptionist who patiently listened as I told my tale of woe and sorrow for the 7th time this morning, and who assured me she could send someone out that day, and EVEN estimated my costs to be the exact dollar amount of what the end total was! A woman who knows her stuff, a pure glass receptionary mastermind genius! Then the 2 gentlemen who assigned the unfortunate task of coming to my zoo...home, i mean home, were so polite and dutiful! Came right in took a couple minutes to measure and assess, and within a matter of 30 minutes my childrens escape plan had been thwarted! All with a beautiful new window, and very little expense (less than half of what i was quoted for other business in the area!) I cannot begin to explain how appreciative I am for the expedited attentiveness this company provided for my home today! Thank you guys times 89759238592809 for helping shed some light on this tired mommas week!

Go to Stockbarger in Port Charlotte instead., cheaper and they take credit cards over the phone. Called, gave measurement, paid credit card, had my mirror in 30 minutes. Great staff. !!
