This place is super quick and very reasonably priced. The best part is the mechanic, Chris, great prices and he’s not trying to burn you like most every other mechanic in the area. He works on my muscle cars and luxury cars. He has a muscle car himself, and he’s happy to do mods. He’s installing a new grill on my channel get now. They did rotors on my Lexus for the price of a Camry!!! Can’t recommend enough.

Jiffy lube is by far the worst place to go for basically anything you want done for your car. They overcharge and overlook many details. I’ve brought my car to Jiffy Lune several times and everytime I’m unsatisfied, they have never looked at my break fluid, they usually don’t turn off my oil light, and when I went to get air in my tires they started giving me an oil change without asking and took out my air filter then after I told them I didn’t want all that they finally looked at my tire, said there was a nail in it, and started fixing it without even asking me, then charged me $50 dollars for fixing my tire when it should have only been like $20. Good mechanics are extremely hard to come by so save your time and money and don’t bother going here.

Had my 21 yr old daughter go there to get the oil changed in her vehicle. While there, Christopher and Joseph told her that her brakes were bad and need to be replaced. When my daughter asked what number they were at (because her daddy taught her), she was told that her brakes were at a 2. When she questioned it they changed and said they were at a 4. (The range from bad to good is 0-12). She said thanks but she did not want to change them that day. We then had a real mechanic check the brakes and they are actually at a 10! They were definitely trying to take advantage of a young lady thinking she would not know any difference. Highly recommend you stay way from the dishonest people that work at this place.

Service attendant didn’t even ask me what I wanted just went ahead and changed the oil. When I asked what kind of oil he was using he acted like I was in the wrong and when I corrected him that I use full synthetic and not a blend he again looked at me like I was stupid. I showed him the sticker from last time that was indeed full synthetic and he said “well sorry we put blend in.” Never will go back.

Not usually a fan of Jiffy Lube but gave it a shot. Super quick service. Unfortunately both lifts were broken so couldnt get my tires rotated.

Amazing people and service. Had to get to Tampa due to my mother being transferred from a Port Charlotte hospital. Noticed her car was 5 months overdue for an oil change. Stopped in and as Kelly was giving me options, I interrupted her to explain I really needed to get to Tampa and just wanted the fastest option due to my situation. With that, she said ok and off she went. I heard her tell the team to prioritize and that they did. I felt like I brought it to a NASCAR pit crew. Incredible staff! The staff there was fantastic! I pulled up, they came right out, and they were really friendly. They escorted me to the waiting area, showed me around, I could watch them working on my car which was cool. It was comfortable and roomy, I could tell they were concerned about covid, with everyone wearing a mask, the chairs were spread out, and they had extra signs and protection. I had ordered my tires ahead, which was pretty easy. They had them ready to go the next day! I watched a short show on a huge TV, which was great, and next thing you know my car was ready! Fast and friendly. Way to go! Btw, the tires are great! Thanks again Jiffy team!

Great employees make all the difference.The tech who performed the work on my vehicle, Tony was EXCELLENT.In fact, everyone had a great attitude and went out their way.For instance, an elderly lady pulled up with a tire low on air.Rasheed filled it AND checked and topped off her other ones without her having to ask him.Price quoted by DeAndre over the phone was the price paid.The facility is newer and is very clean not only in the waiting area but also the work area.Couldnt be happier. First let me say Im a fan of the Jiffy Lube story, business model and original corporate leadership practices. But honestly Ive been disappointed with the service from both of the separately owned Jiffy Lube facilities on Cape Cod, where I live. So this was a very welcome surprise.First, I got greeted by Kelly. Even wearing a mask, I could sense the smile and genuine welcome. Then the big test. Was I gonna be in their system? (Everytime I go to my local Jiffy Lube, their computer crashed and I have to go through the whole process of getting the simplest things back in to their system.) Not so in this case. Kelly had my info quickly, asked what Id like today and was satisfied with my answer. I detest telling someone what I want and then having a never ending list of suggested services (up selling) to which I have to answer no and resist the urge to, well Ill just leave that there.In a nutshell, this Jiffy Lube is less than 10 minutes from the house I just bought and am moving into. Kelly just created a very satisfied Ill be back customer.

Came to this Jiffy Lube location with uncertainty about what I would be getting in regards to the level of repair for my air conditioning system. The professionals at Jiffy Lube went to work. They quickly diagnosed the problem, laid out a step by step solution, and had me on my way in about an hour. The air conditioner was working like brand new, and I didnt have to sell any organs to pay for it. I was pleasantly surprised by my experience, and it wont be my last.

Got my oil changed and loved how fast and easy it was. The staff was professional and friendly and informed me on any details regarding my truck.

I worked at jiffy lube for 6 months bad management. Theyre triple charging people prices for all filters going next door to the parts store buying oil...cabin filters and air filters selling them for the all time high.. its only one certified mechanic there but anybody can change your oil and investigate your car.. no one is trained.. I found another job in never got my last check.. jiffy lube is a big ripoff..

Did the oil change on my wifes car,cross threaded the oilpan bolt and did not lube chasis like they said.still had dirt stuck in the lubrication points.Im glad I checked,this could have been bad.but she did drive around for half a day until engine started ticking! No oil!

Technicians were professional and the quality was excellent.

I pulled up with a flat tire and was greeted faster than I could of imagined. This isn’t even their specialty (what my hubby told me) they fixed my tire. I had to go and the correct tire because they didn’t have it In stock but I’m still very satisfied with the service I received! I wish I could remember the two gentleman names that helped me!

The people here are straightforward and knowledgeable. If they cant help you they can point you in the right direction. Havent had such a good place to take my car in years!

Andrew the Customer Relations Manager had the worst customer service that Ive personally ever had to deal with. I had an issue with something that needed to be addressed with a manager so my concern was sent to him. He reached out to me via email to help resolve it. He asked when a good time to call me so we could discuss the concern. When he called, unfortunately I couldnt answer the phone at that specific moment and he left me a voice mail. I called him back within 10 min and got someone else. I had told that person how he had just called me and to please call me back. This happened over 2 weeks ago. I have yet to receive a call back. When he first reached out to me he never even bothered to understand what my original concern was which was communication between his staff and the customers. Instead, he immediately defended his staff and sent me some fact sheet about the type of oil should be put in my car. I NEVER had that issue to begin with. And Andrew never took the time to listen to my concerns. He jumped to conclusions. And then when I emailed Jiffy Lube again asking for a refund, no one even responded. Im done with this company and I do not recommend, especially this location.

Nice people, but the price is WAY out of line. The synthetic blend is $80 and, since I have a truck and takes 2 extra quarts, would have cost me just over $100. You heard me right, not even full synthetic!? There are plenty of places that use the same exact oil/filters at half the price. Ill be going some place else tomorrow and I recommend you do the same!!

Over priced for value .. Never again. I feel taken advantage of. Recently relocated from other state. Never in my life paid this much for a single oil change. Outrageous...2xs the amount from a local garage! Asked about air filter change told it was fine..WALMART recommends it to be changed last oil change 2000 miles ago. I miss my local honest garage

As a high mileage driver I have my oil changed every two months. This jiffy lube is the highest priced location I have found in the area. Price for full synthetic should run from 90-110 on the high side. They came in $30+ higher. Even the jiffy lube in punta gorda is $15 cheaper. Nice building though.

Pricey, but quick.

Friendly service. Took longer than I thought it would but they got it done. Problem is, they overfilled the coolant reservoir and ended up with2 large pools of coolant on my driveway.

The technicians were very honest, polite, and professional. Usually dont have a long wait time and they greet you as soon as you pull up. Very nice waiting room with big tv, restrooms and a big window were you can watch them work. I only gave it 4 stars due to price, little expensive, but like they say you get what you pay for.

Be careful the guy taking your order understands what you want before you start. I suggest writing it down on a piece of paper for him. I went there to get a valve stem replaced on my tire. I brought the tire in another car because I didn’t have spare. He said no problem we can fix it. So I figure why not, let me get an oil change in the car I have now. I say don’t get the tire out until you let me know so I can show you how to open back door. So my oil change is almost done, I say, should I get the tire out. No we can fix the tire without the car. I asked him why he didn’t tell me that from the beginning when I clearly Explained the car wasn’t here. He walked away. Next thing I know he is opening the back door of my car and the light falls out because he didn’t listen to me. I go and open door and he said sorry we don’t keep tires here in stock. This guy did not listen to a thing I said at all from the beginning about just needing a darn stem. Now I have 2 guys looking at me like a deer in headlights. I said forget, let me just pay. They didn’t seem to want to fix my tire at all and just do oil. So be very very careful if you go there for anything at all besides oil. On the one good note why I left 1star is because the one guy that brought me my car and changed the oil did a great job. Oil service was great. Guy greeting you, not so good!!!

Found a coupon online for $20 off. No way I would get an oil change there without one at those prices. With the coupon I got the conventional oil change for $23. Not too shabby. I was out of there within a half hour and the guy that helped me was nice and professional. Im always weary going to auto places being a woman and being taken advantage of with my lack of knowledge of car stuff but it was great here. Gave me my options with no pressure or unnecessary upselling. My air filter was a little dirty and he offered to change it but didnt pressure me and said its not that bad yet but has bugs and debris in it. It was my first time bringing my car there and they had it registered under some other guy so thats weird.... hopefully it isnt an issue in the future. If I keep getting friendly, fast service and have a coupon, I will continue to go there.

Great customer service! Informs you of services you made need and the cost of those services but no pressure to pursue those and do not try to up sell you. They also have a huge window so you can watch the technicians work on your car. The facility is clean and modern with television and comfortable seating. They may cost a little more than Walmart but its well worth it in my opinion considering at Walmart you have no idea who is working on your vehicle and what they are doing to your vehicle. I would not go anywhere else for my oil changes.

I got excellent service, and the outside area is beautiful! It was nice enough for me to sit down under the trees with my dog and have lunch while my car was being worked on. I found the prices for oil changes to be very high, but I seached the internet for a coupon before I went. I definitely recommend Jiffy Lube, but definitely recommend getting a coupon before you come if youre on a tight budget.

EXTREMELY HIGH TURN OVER RATEFull Synthetic Platinum Pennzoil costs $100+Tax ~ Up to 5 quarts ~ (Can be purchased at Walmart for 21$). ~ They use good oil but use SERVICE CHAMP oil filters which cost pennies on the dollar.Parts for Mechanical work are bought at local parts stores while they double the cost they buy it for (Only take in easy mechanical work because they can afford to pay their mechanics 12$ an hour).Pit design constantly leaves oil on your vehicles subframe which will eventually end up on your driveway.Overall a horrible company..would never let them touch my vehicle.

Do yourself a favor and save a lot of time....DO NOT GO HERE!!! So-so customer service but extremely sloooooowww service. Theres nothing jiffy about this place.Round 2-unfortunately I had to return to have something replaced/fixed that they damaged when was here before. Some how a 30 minute project has now turned into a 90 minute project.....no explanation. DONT COME HERE!! Ill never come back here.....hopefully they wont damage anything else. 2 hours later and NOT FIXED!! Guess Ill go to dealership and send bill to Jiffy Lube so problem THEY caused can be fixed by the real professionals.

If a negative star is available, that is what I would have given them. Not only do they charge you over $100 for an oil change but they dont finish the job. Came on on Sunday no one there about 4 or 5 guys working. Did my oil change no issues. When my wife uses the windshield washer it is empty, but on the check list it said it was filled. Hummm makes me wonder what else did they check off and not do. You got me once but not again.Update:They give you a number to call...but when you leave a message for them and tell them you have a complaint, they do not call you back. I called on Tuesday 2/26/19 before they responded to my original post. Check you messages and call people back. Never again. This place is horrible.

I had an amazing time at the jiffy lube in North port ..Dom greeted me and took me through a step by step process also cleaned my windows and vacuumed my car checked the tires and smiled the whole time what a great dude ...yes it was 42.00 but look at all the things they do ...I would go back every time as long as Dom was there
