I had to order my new iPhone 23 Pro with an expected arrival date of 22 Oct however to my delight it arrived 13 Oct. the set up and transfer of data went quickly and smoothly thanks our salesman Kurtis. I highly recommend!

Loved Curtis! He was most helpful in getting me set up with an upgrade. Asked questions to see what I was looking for and took me straight to the item I purchased. In an outta there in no time! Thank you Curtis! Wouldnt hesitate to recommend him to anyone!!!!

Do not buy a phone from Curtis. He asked if we wanted a case and screen protector for our two I phone SE phones. What he didnt tell us is that he charged us over $200 with tax for these two cases and two screen protectors! Beware of this predator and take your business elsewhere. We returned the two SE I phones within a few days as the small screen size and low battery life were just not enough for us. He refused to refund us for the way overpriced cases. A total jerk!

Fantastic experience at Verizon in North Port. Curtis was so helpful and patient. He walked us through a bunch of different scenarios in terms of trade-in values and new plans. And he helped us transfer our info to our new phones. He made what sometimes can be a hassle into a pleasant experience!

Levi was very helpful. It was a hour and a half wait, seems they need more then two clerks. You lost a few customers who walked in saw the line and left. The two clerks were doing there best. But Levi was very helpful.

Purchased a new 12 pro max at this store while spending the winter with my parents. The phone had major issues and since I did not purchase at a regular Verizon store there was little they could do to help in MI. (Take heed if you would be in a similar situation) Also when I purchased the store manager not only knew this could be an issue for an out of state buyer, he also said the $17/mo insurance I had to have for the first month he would personally cancel it so I wouldnt have to in the future and deal with having to remember to do so. I hate those hidden fees... Well about 6 months later my husband noticed that I was paying $17/mo for insurance (approx. $102). The worst is when I called the store. The store manager said he would have never promised to do such a thing and proceeded to hang up on me. If he would have been a professional and said there might have been a miscommunication, or that he misspoke and was unable to cancel the fee....I would have not written this review. But be forewarned that if they do you wrong, they will not back their word, or deal with you in a professional manner and no other verizon store can correct your phone issues.

Russells didnt have what I needed but what I needed was a little far-fetched but the service there was fantastic they were nice to me and they pointed me in the right direction.

Made changes I was trying to make at a different store to save me money.He saved me $45 a month this without changing what I use (data etc). I was paying for stuff I didn’t need.This is my second 5 star review for this store. Surprised to see some of the other lower star reviews.Would not hesitate to recommend.

I was quoted a price and when I checked the prices, the price was $150,00 cheaper. I mentioned it when I went to pick it up. Vinny checked it out, and I was right, so I was able to get the sale price for the product. I m very happy with the service I received there.

I bought puregear screen protection from them on October 18 now being October 22 .the screen protection slid right off the phone .went back the refund and they would not give it to me they said it has to go thorough the manufacturer. Well I just got ripped off for 49 $$$$$$$. Not a true representation of verizon store. Moral stay away from the knock offs stores that miss represents verizon and do not stand by what they sell. Read the back of there policy false they do not stand by it

Please understand this is a Verizon RETAILER and they will in fact charge you a set up fee that they claim is not negotiable. That’s exactly what happen to me. All they did was turn it on and and showed me a few things that I already new and most people Know. Go to the Verizon store and save the money and aggravation.

Expensive. Went with boost. Unlimited data on four lines with four free decent phones all for 100 a month. 130 a month from verizon for two lines....2 gb only. And the phones were expensive. So happy i switched. The service seems to be the same in the port charlotte area. I dont leave much.

Gary at Russell Verizon was exceptional. He was patient and helpful and definitely looking out for the customer. Although we have a Verizon closer to us we will only go to Gary at Russell Verizon because of his customer service. He was genuinely helpful.. something that is hard to find these days.

It took me over 2 hours to add 2 new lines to my account. It took 4 calls into the support line and over 5 times to check in with the manager on how to do something. Nobody seems to know what theyre doing and after all the aggravation and ordering 2 new phones, they still wouldnt give me a discount in a phone cover to improve customer satisfaction. I went to another Verizon nearby and they gave me a discount on a phone case without even purchasing anything. Wont go back.

1 employee working in store. He told us that have 5 total working there and open 7 days a week. They do not honor corporate prices, charge unnecessary fees and tell you upgrades require mandatory warranty insurance for 15 days. Had to go thru BBB/ corporate for adjustment. Will never go back here. Buyer beware, go to corporate store on 41 and Cochran

Customer service was wonderful the salesman took the time to listen to what I needed in a phone and explain the pros and cons of the two I was looking at. I have never had bad service with any Verizon store and so I always expect the best service.

I have never been a fan of Verizon. Few years ago they were adding games to my bill and overcharged me almost 400$ in a course of 6 months. So when my friend went to Verizon I told her good luck and explained what happened. She switched right back over to her original carrier.6 weeks later, with proof of return in hand, Russel Cellular withdrew 900$ from her account. She has now been fighting with them for 2 weeks and JOSH from this establishment told her he would take care of it.Do not use this place to buy a phone, they will steal your money and then fight with you why and drag their feet even though what they have done is illegal.Come to find out this establishment put in the system instead of product being returned they put it as a lease buyout. Clearly someone needed the commission check and thought it was ok to rob the customer.You will be robbed and cheated out of your money here, DO NOT BUY A THING FROM HERE
