If youre OCD like I am or just looking for someone thats going to thoroughly explain everything in detail from planning phase to delivery youll know youre in the right hands in the first 2 minutes speaking to Justin. I had 4 speakers replaced in my truck and he went above and beyond custom molding tweeters into my door panels like they came with the truck. Amazing! I was able to go by and take a quick look at the systems he had available, to make sure the radio being installed was a good fit for my SUV and of course to make sure it was something I liked before making an appointment to officially install. Justin got me in that same week! My radio has been working great, I have my Apple CarPlay again, and I couldn’t be happier. AMAZING work! Justin is such an impressive engineer. Told him what I was looking for, and my design needs. He recommended Diamond Audio 10 subwoofer with LCR-2 crossover and a suitable amp. I trusted his instincts and I could not be happier with the results! He streamlined it perfectly into my trunk, and placed a bass control knob within reach in the front of my car. I also have this amazing box that I can disconnect if I need to increase trunk space. The sub hits so hard and crisp. Even better, Justin soundproofed my trunk so the car has literally no rattle. 100000% recommend him for all car audio needs.

I have a 2016 BMW 750 and I had Justin connect 2 15 JLs and an amplifier. The box didnt fit in the car. Justin did a custom job on the box and it looks beautiful and sounds amazing! Hands down hes the best around, go see him. Hes not like other places, he wont try to sell you things you dont need.

I had a bad experience with having a head unit installed into my 2010 Cadillac CTS. All the wires were being held together by electrical tape. Needless to say I started having electrical problems. I was a little reluctant to take it to another shop fearing a repeat experience. After talking to Justin I truly felt comfortable with him fixing the mess someone else made. Not only was the service great the price for the quality of work was more than fair. Just Audio is the only place I would recommend to anyone who are having issues with there car stereo. Great experience and fast service. Justin is very professional and cares about his work making sure he thoroughly tests and explains his work. Went back to check on an issue a year after installation of my starter and he changed the fuse (a known issue with Honda) at no cost in no time. Even referred me to someone who could help me with a broken key fob saving me a ton by not having to go through the dealership to replace it. Highly recommend!!

Justin was very easy to deal with. He got me in for a Remote Starter installation as the 1st customer of the day, so I was able to wait while he did the install. (Bonus - Honey Dew Donuts next door.) I had a minor glitch a couple of days later and he had me come right in and double check the work. The problem was resolved quickly and professionally.SIDE NOTE: The wiring lines are all nice and sleek. While this was just a Remote Starter install, Im sure his car stereo installs are done with the same level of detail. If you need work done Just Audio is a good place to go. 5 stars!

Justin installed a remote starter in my vehicle. When I went to use it I found a minor glitch. On a Saturday, I emailed the website and called and left a message with my concern. Despite not working on the weekend, Justin took the time to contact me and give me a suggestion to try then told me to stop by Just Audio at my convenience on Monday whether or not I got it to work! It didnt work and when I contacted him, he said to come in when I could get there. I took a walk and he took care of the issue before I returned. Justin was great, he worked with me to do work on an older car, Justin took the time to do a lot of research on my vehicle prior to working on it. I realized that taking my vehicle apart to do the stereo system was not as easy as a new car is and he had to be extra cautious with taking apart the vehicle. Justin did a great job and gave me a very fair price. He worked within my budget to be able to provide me with the best sounds system package. I Definitely will be back again for future projects!

Justin helped me remove an old, faulty alarm that was in my jeep that was problematic, AND helped me clean up an amp-install project I decided to tackle on my own. I towed the jeep to him, he kept it garaged for me (it has no top), and fixed everything for me and cleaned up the mess i made in literally a days time. His shop is immaculate and he does really professional work. Highly highly recommended. Also - he took the time to explain what his plan of action was, he educated me on what sound levels did, and the science behind sound, all before any payment or transaction was made. Thats super rare in todays market. Well done dude you have figured it out.

I needed an alarm/ remote start updated in my car. I went to another place and the service was horrible for many reasons. It was night and day when I finally went to Just Audio. Justin was able to provide me detailed information and educate me on the best products available. He was also able to schedule me in a timely manner. The job didn’t take multiple appointments like the other place. He did everything in one appointment. I also feel that the customer service was exceptional, and he was even considerate and wore a mask around me to ensure my safety being someone who is immunocompromised (I didn’t need to ask). Will be coming back again for an updated radio etc soon especially since Just Audio treats their customers and their cars as if they are family.

I haven’t had a stereo since I was 18 years old here I am reliving my glory days at 43. We went back-and-forth on options and decided on where to start . He gave me a detailed list everything, itemized and very professional you know where you stand with him. A couple days before installation was scheduled I bought a new car I let Justin know and there where ZERO issues! He swapped out some wiring/harness no problem. Where to start. I came to just audio because I previously had apple car play installed by a different place and they did a horrible job. They didn’t install the steering wheel connector or the USB port. I literally had wires hanging all out of my car. I called and Justin took my car within the next two days professionally installed everything. Connected my steering wheel controls and USB port. Adjusted my speakers and etc. this is my new favorite place and I will be back.

Got a nice simple one button remote start for my push button Infiniti, and it has been the most seamless product on the market. Did not want to get stuck with a bulky remote. Just audio video has so many good products to choose from. Justin’s customer service is out of this world. We had a small issue with the lights on my car and there was no hesitation to book me solid while he came back to my job and fixed the issue in a quick and timely fashion. 100% would recommend and could not be happier with the product.

I decided next day and he arrived as planned and quickly installed an Avital 4115 in our car with a push start and existing security system.
