I’m new to the area, and any time I move someplace new, finding a local auto mechanic and auto body shop I can trust and that provides fair and quality work is important. I happened to stumble upon Avco accidentally and am grateful I did! Within two or three minutes of meeting Don, initially not knowing what to expect and feeling nervous driving into a part of Providence I had never been to, I became comfortable and relieved in knowing my car would be in good hands.Working with Don was easy, and he took a couple of stressful scenarios off of my plate before I had a moment to tackle them, so I didn’t even have enough time for stress to build. Furthermore, he and his business went above and beyond in ways I would never have imagined. Don’s running a truly customer-oriented business with people at the center, and it is clear he values the quality behind his work as well. The people there are flexible, laid back, and kind; speaking from my own experience, it would be difficult to not feel comfortable.I would undoubtedly recommend this business 100 times over. Also, my car came back to me clean and looking newer than it did before I dropped it off, which I was not anticipating!

I brought in my Mitsubishi Galant and asked if it would be easy to repair all the damage to my car. The whole left side had deep scratches and the hood had some rot. I was unsure if it would come out nice because my car is white.Well, my car came out SO amazing. I am so happy with the way it looks. I cant thank Avco enough for their work. I definitely recommend them!!!
