Called based on the few great reviews. It was the most belittling experience i’ve ever had with a small business. The concept of a creative approach seemed intimidating to them. The woman i spoke to was agressively insulting and then suddenly a man was talking. He was barely less insulting. Considering my call was essentially meant to give them money i can’t say i’m at all impressed. But... if you want rude and obnoxious they’ll exceed your expectations.To the two i spoke to today, i’m sure you’ll see this review and you know who you are:Perhaps google the concept of customer service. If someone calls with questions, try to remember, the customer isn’t in the printing business. You are. Questions should be expected. Shaking my head.

This is the best place ever to do all of your printing needs! I wish they would charge me more!
