Friendly staff and fast loading

Ive dealt with this Wilsonart warehouse for 15 or so yrs. Maybe more maybe less. Ive also dealt with Lynn on the phone. Im writing this review in response to the other review about her. First, this isnt a retail store. However, they are very accommodating to industry folks such as myself. Im a small cabinet shop and do $2k- $3k a year with Wilsonart. There are lots of wholesale companies out there that simply wont give you the time of day unless you meet their standards. Im guessing if anyone there gave someone resistance its because the caller didnt know what they were doing or talking about. They have things to do and arent there to teach you about how to order laminate. Of course, theres no need to be rude. But again, this isnt a retail sales position.

Waste of time. Salesperson responded once. No communication at all for seven days now. I followed up three times.

I called this morning as I need a golden brushed laminate. Unfortunately the person who answered is absolutely not customer orientated. Answer the phone as if she doesnt want to work or sell. Her name is Lynn or something like that. Very poor customer service. Will buy with another seller

Good stuff. Acceptable prices. Nice people. What is there not to like?
