Jake truly made our experience exceptional! After some less than acceptable customer service at another location, we had pretty low expectations…but it’s 2021 so you need a phone.Jake was personable, extremely helpful, and knowledgeable about all aspects of the products. We are only going to this location from now on!

Had a great experience with Sandro last week. He was awesome! This is after a nightmare experience at a Wilmington location, where I was lied to, brushed off and just provide horrific customer service. Then Sandro came and saved the day!!! Professional, honest, and a pleasure to speak to. I truly experienced what professional customer service is with Sandro and would never step in the other location again. Thanks Sandro, keep up the good work!

In March, I purchased two Iphone 12s. There was a promotion, buy one get a second phone for $1.00. I paid for both phones at time of purchase. I have been duplicate billed for both phones for 5 months, $400 of fraudulent billing.. I have returned to the store 5 times to correct the issue and called Verizon customer service 6 times. I just spoke to Tiffany, she told me the store has no responsibility to correct the situation or to help me in any way. I spoke with Jake twice, he assured me that the billing would be corrected, it has not been corrected. At this point, I need to file complaints with the Attorney Generals Office and Better Business Bureau. I am disgusted with the incompetence and lack of integrity of this store.I have tried to correct my by for the past eight months. I am still being billed for two phones that I paid for in full at time of purchase.

The customer service at this store is the top notch! I truly appreciate the no pressure sales tactics. We worked with Sandro today and he was honest and friendly. He took the time to try to and transfer contacts from my husbands dead phone, and although he had no luck, I appreciate taking the time to try everything he could think of. This is the only place I would take my business. We have also worked with Jake as well, and have wonderful experiences with both!

Went in for battery replacement for my 3 year old Moto. Jake provided a fact -based reality check, which I confirmed with CPR, on his advice. No sales pitch, just good advice for purchase of a mid-tier device that best fits my needs. That, plus the $300 credit for my new Samsung, made my day. Give Jake a raise!

I was dealing with Verizon wireless tech services and online support for 3 weeks straight. I talked to about 15 different people. Jake was the most considerate and helpful person I worked with. He was literally the only person that helped me. He was straight forward and actually cared. I went here after the Reading Verizon turned me away with no one in their store. I will never go back and stick with Jake!

I needed a screen saver for my Galaxy S10 as my previous protector broke. I called the store they had one in stock so I ran down there. The young man working this store was incredibly polite and helpful. He grabbed the screen protector that I needed and put in on my phone for me. I was in and out in 5 minutes. My experience was great and I would highly recommend this store for your cell phone needs.

Bought an iphone 12 while I was home on leave from the military. I was told at the store that the device would be able to be used on a different carrier. After 6 weeks of calling verizon to get the phone unlocked, turns out that either the phone cannot be unlocked without putting it on a verizon plan, or only this store can unlock it. Ive gotten a different answer every time I call so Im not sure what is true. Unfortunately, I cant go to the store because I am stationed out of state. My options are to leave my current family plan to sign up with Verizon for 2 months, or use my $1000 phone as a paperweight. This whole process has been awful.

I’m not sure where to start! My day was very busy as usual but, I needed to do a few transactions with Verizon. I decided to stop in to upgrade my phone, add a line, and check out my better plan options. Jake was very knowledgeable about the products and helped me decide which iPhone to choose, he helped me add a line for one of my children. He also helped with my plan!Jake explained EVERYTHING to me! He acted like I was his only client which was not the case.When I finally completed my transactions he helped me to set up future transactions which will be to upgrade my two other kids phones. Sandro took great care of me yesterday, I went in looking for a tablet mostly for reading with Kindle and a Bible app. He researched all the special deals and offers on my account and showed me options that fit what I was looking for. More importantly he did not sell me something above what I needed or below what I needed - he actually took the time to figure out what I needed and what was the best value for that. I also found out he was the owner of the store. What a great example to set for his employees. I will continue to go to this store for its consistent and outstanding customer service.

Anyone from north reading knows Michael Gillespie and the fact that he’s the town drunk. Do not listen to the lies that he has spat all over this amazing stores google page. This store is quick, hard working, and honest. They will help you with whatever you need whenever you need it. I have even stopped in past closing and didn’t even get a sigh when I asked for the to assist me in a data transfer which ended up holding the employees there a half an hour past close. These hard working individuals and their manager deserve every bit of praise imaginable.

I had a great experience at this north reading location! I went in there without high expectations as I have been going to the andover location for years where the service is rather mediocre. But Jake came right out of the back room, quickly assessed my needs price/ability wise, and even came back out for the back with a much better phone then the one I had been looking at! And was so polite accommodating and knowledgeable, and also didnt mind having a bit of small talk while we waited for authorization from the account owner. All in all it was a very happy experience and I will most definitely be going there from now on.

Terrible customer service in this store. Went in with a couple phone issues and the first thing the agent asked was if I liked my phone. Then he wanted to look at my plan. I told him I do not want a new phone or a new plan, and I was happy with both. His expert diagnosis was to do a special restart on my phone and if the problem continued just turn off the wifi. When he realized he wasnt going to make a sale, his interest in helping me disappeared. When I asked another question, he just stared at me. I got up and walked out. And the problem wasnt fixed. Have had several bad experiences here...will not go back.

They have helped me numerous times with my phone service, whether it is purchasing a new phone or giving me the straight sorry on a damaged phone.
