This is my favorite Starbucks and Ill drive out of my way to get to it! The manager rocks, the team is always so nice at the window, its always fresh and clean inside and my drink is always top notch delicious.

Love the crew especially Anne and Nino. Great work environment.

Its a very nice clean and welcoming Starbucks with good service that includes drive through.So if you like Starbucks its one of their best location around.But it is a Starbucks which is a bit too overpriced.And they removed the morning buns from the manu (which was the main good reason to stop by at any Starbucks so ...)

So Delicious!! Makes my Morning, I have to have 2 Coffees!!😂👍

This used to be my go to starbucks, but lately they have been making horrible coffee and i have to wait 30 minutes for my order when i ordered online.

Website says open till 8 pm, i arrived at 6:20 waited at the drive thru for over 5 minutes with no response, tried calling and no answer when there was like 3 people inside, if they are closed it’s fine but come on don’t make people wait tell me if you are closed!

Delicious breakfast sandwiches and pastries. I had the chicken sausage and bacon sandwich and also a cinnamon bun along with peach tea. Its pricey but good quality and comfortable seating.

Coffee was same as usual. I love the consistency of Starbucks. Great!

Very friendly. Good environment. They like to joke around. They remember the regular clients. I think it is a good place because I work right across from here im the same plaza. Inside is very clean. Fast service.

Can anyone explain why every morning it takes over 10 min to get a cup of coffee in drivethru and when I get to the window all the people want to do is talk. Can we just supply everyone with coffee and send them on there way.

The man working cashier on the morning of 1/9 at the north reading location was so SO nice and enthusiastic, he was so quick to get my order in and then thanked me personally after wishing me a good day, just wanted to let someone know that he deserves some recognition :)

One of my favorite locations, good service and that get my order right.

Same quality as other Starbucks locations. Staff are friendly and efficient. Parking is readily available, but there are very few close spaces. My only complaint is that they use printed stickers to mark your order on your cup instead of writing it by hand.

Constantly out of the sausage cheddar and egg sandwich. At least the 4th time. Sold out by 9:00AM today. Work it out please!!

Never in my life have I sat through a drive through for over 20 mins waiting for two coffees and I was still expected to pay.... from now on I just pull off in the middle of the line if they are taking too long even after I order it I dont understand why they are so slow and its the busiest and there would only be like four cars up ahead

I was excited when this location was opening because it was only minutes away from work but now i think i might drive across town to another location because every time i order a drink 95% of the time the order is wrong and if i notice it and have them fix it they never offer coupons for holding me there longer while they correct the mistake. They are always out of stock of there coffee/tea products to make the drinks with. I dont see how this is possible when you need these items to run a coffee shop.

Minimalistic at best. Coffee was good tbough.

They were attentive, helpful, and personable. Definitely a cut above your average Starbucks.

What can I say? Its a Starbucks. Employees are friendly and it seems to be well run.

This Starbucks has all the bells and whistles. An internet cafe, Clover press with multiple coffee choices, products for purchase, food, and kind staff. Seemingly always the same few guys sitting sipping coffee and reading the paper/phone.For a Starbucks, its probably a 5*. For coffee in general, its a 4*.

The baristas here were all incredibly friendly and polite, and my drinks came out fairly quickly, considering the sheer number of people that were there.

I will agree that the staff are friendly and very nice but the service here is horrible. After today I will not return to this specific Starbucks. Each time I order something, its wrong, it has to be repeated multiple times or the barista has no idea what I am asking for. I honestly order a venti blonde roast w/ vanilla every morning, just like that. It amazes me how often its messed up or not the right . Today I ordered a blonde roast and when I got to the window, there was no blonde roast available so they offered me Pike, to which I accepted. When I got to my office and finally took a sip, it was dark roast with no vanilla in it as requested. I am over waiting 15-20 minutes in the drive thru or walk in just to have the wrong coffee every single time. I will not return to the Starbucks ever again.
