Moratorium on shopping there. Given misinformation by Pharmacy on multiple occasions. Overall low quality pharmacy.

Went in for a doordash order last night and I couldnt find my last thing so I asked the manager for help and he was rude and talked down to me

I have been shopping at CVS in North Reading because Reading was always took much longer to fill a prescription (however, just as friendly.) North Reading CVS all know my name, have gone out of their way for me on several occasions and prescriptions are almost always ready in 15 minutes. I cant believe Im the only one whos written a review. They are extremely customer service oriented which makes my experiences very enjoyable.DJO

Horrendous. This is typical of a new store. Its nice and shiny new, but theres no one in the store to help you. I needed some help with the photo station and no one was there. Seems like no one except one cashier worked in the whole building. Good business model, morons.
