This place is great. Easy access at all times, simple and inexpensive drive up unit to store my motorcycle for the winter. Super easy move in and out process!All the people working there are awesome and easy to work with. Absolutely wonderful experience all around!I will be going back to Extra Space and especially the North Reading location for all my storage needs in the future!

I never leave reviews about anything, but I had to leave one about the Extra Space in North Reading. From my initial call, I was treated with kindness and patience (this was my first time renting) and Susan on the phone was incredible with helping me get the right amount of space for all of my things. Then, when I signed the lease, I spoke with the Manager Melissa and she was so kind to me. The signing was done quickly over the phone! It was so convenient, and my things fit perfectly. I will definitely be using this Extra Space in the future.

Dana was extremely helpful in organizing the storage for my move. He was efficient when it came to scheduling the date of my move which made a stressful process seamless.

After reading the high scoring reviews I decided to go down in person to inquire. I was met by Melissa who dropped what she was doing to assist me unannounced and she made the entire process simple. I had a general idea of what I needed and she showed me a couple units of different sizes. I was in and out in 20 minutes with a unit rented. The staff was friendly and helpful and the facilities are clean and easy to navigate. I highly recommend this place for storage.

Awesome location with customer service second to none! I have had many garages and storage units and nothing compares to this one! The location is great a minute off of 93, the customer service has been above and beyond, and with there new added gate and security I leave knowing my stuff is safe at night! I wish I could give 10 stars!

Very easy to work with. Friendly. Excellent customer service. I rented a space in October 2019. I initially thought my stuff would fit in a smaller size. When it didnt they promised to be on alert if a size that would fit my stuff became available. They later called to let me know one was available and I moved in a few days later. Good follow up.

Since Extra Storage has taken over,,, all bad! The woman is very temperamental (to be nice about it, I wont say what I really want to say). The prices have gone up. 15% higher!!! Others more! Snow isnt plowed!!! 4 days!!! Come on! Whats with the positive reviews!??? Obviously, done by themselves or friends!!! Bad news! The previous owner, also polite, never any snow (always plowed), no woman with problems running the place. The positive feedback are just big jokes! My friends that have storage here all agree, nothing good to say! Dont believe the BS!!!

I was sure I needed a 10x20 space but after the manager showed me two smaller sizes and helped me figure out how to stack things I was able to get a smaller size than I expected so I saved money. Very helpful staff

Yes! Its called fake news / per motions. I have been trying to get in for 3 days. (place has not been plowed for days) I tried to back in. No can do. Yes. I also had seen the tractor but nothing done. I had never had this problem before. And yes, the prices went up a lot!!! My sister has a had storage there for sometime. Ask about getting more. Gave her a much higher price. Did not care that she already had a unit. You could do business with the formal company Town and Country. I will help her get another place. No need and having a place (storage) if you cannot get to it!

I have been search for a place with great customer service and a low rate! After many different places I decided to stop in. I was greeted helped immediately. Tyler was the person who really got me! He was so polite and answered every single question I asked. He was incredibly friendly and a pretty cute if you ask me (which was a little extra bonus 🤫) I wouldnt use any other storage facility!

Really friendly . Helped me when I had to move my brothers house on short notice . They have boxes and tape and locks so I only had to stop once .

We went to a local place. Seemed OK. The lady said take of the problems for our unit. Came back problems not taken care of (it wasnt a lot but she said she would take care of it) Came back again still not taken care of. again. again. Finally went to office and asked about the problems she said she would take of. OH! MY GOD! Immediately Miss Mean... How dare we ask her to take care of the problems!!! This is woman is a ticking time bomb! Definitely something wrong with her! Corporate office you better check this woman out. Better yet, do a secret shopper thing. Rent a place. Ask if something can be taken care of; come back and ask her why its not fixed. Then stand back!

Im reading the reviews and I must be in the wrong place. They says this and that is better... Fact: The prices are much higher than before. Fact: If it snowed Town and Country immediately had it plowed and cleared. Fact: It snowed Saturday. No snow removal. Sunday snowed more. No plow or snow removal: Cant get in. Monday: Same. The gate is blocked by a high mound of snow. No snow removal. Tuesday (4th day) still no snow removal. I could see a tractor with a high loader there next to office. But nothing done.

Pat of Town and Country was awesome but sold this place to Tyler and Taylor of Extraspace......Whatever. Increased prices, added fees, demanding new contract and could not access unit 3 days after only 5 inches of snow was not plowed!If you Don’t pay current, 2nd lock goes on after 10 days. That’s not what Pat did, he had hard times and understoodcustomers hard times also. I’m disgusted.

I have had the pleasure of dealing with Taylor through this office and have to say she is a pleasure to work with . She is extremely friendly informative and consciousness to all of her renters and potential customers wants and needs . It’s a benefit to deal with someone who is always in a pleasant mood and takes pride in there day to day job duties .
