I dont necessarily want to blame this location, but I did ship two packages from here at an insane rate to ensure protection. Both packages shipped as fragile with protective packing and I was upset to see that both packages upon arrival were damaged with minor cosmetic damage to one of the items and minor mechanical damage to the other.. For the price I paid, there was no fragile notice on the packages and I can only imagine how they got damaged. Just upsetting and I dont think Ill be using them again for anything valuable

You may think that all UPS stores are the same, but they are most definitely not. This store truly stands out. Owned by a husband/wife that obviously care a great deal about their business, staff, and customers, Rachel really helped me when other UPS store owners were not willing to do so. I sent a freight package and was billed incorrectly by over $2,000. After many painful hours on hold with, and misinformation from UPS Freight, I was unable to fix it on my own. She spent a great deal of time and energy helping me sort it out. I’m grateful to Rachel and her team for going out of their way when they didn’t need to. This UPS store is worth going out of your way to visit if you are looking for a positive and professional shipping experience.

This store and company is always amazing and so friendly, no matter the location I go! Always making returns and shopping fast and stress free! I was able to return my COX Communications Wifi equipment here- who knew! Thank you again!

BE AWARE. THEY DO NOT GO BY STATE AND FEDERAL REGULATIONS HERE. I’m not sure how UPS allows this but it is not like any other UPS store. Felt like a big SCAM

Ups store is the best!!2 there all so helpful and nice. i needed help getting some documents printed and they were so helpful and knew there stuff! had my prints done fast. even took my wifes amazon returns! if only shed stop ordering so much stuff LOL! highly recommend

The people that work there are so kind! I needed to ship my sisters iPad to her, and it arrived without a scratch! They even packed it for me so it would arrive safely. They were super helpful and provided great service. I definitely recommend!

You should ship everything from this UPS store in Wilmington. These guys are the best. He was like, just bring it over here, Ill pack it up, heres your receipt. 20 seconds. Best shipping experience ever.

I was searching for a Notary Public near me and this NR UPS store came up. Dont go here for these types of services because they DO NOT have this available. They recommended to go to the Wakefield store instead.

I went to UPS for the first time this week. I couldnt find a box to fit my package safely and was happy that they could package it for me. Fathers day is just around the corner and wanted to make sure my Dad who lives in Florida got it on time (it was a Yankee candle with a picture​ of us at my college graduation)I was so happy to know the candle got to my Dad safely and intact. The employees really make sure it gets there safely. I mean have you seen the picture of it packed up? Thank you to the ups employees I really appreciate it.

Without exaggerating, this is the nicest staff of any business that I can think of. I only use the store a few times a year, but every time I go someone does something that blows me away with the level of care. For example, once they insisted on carrying my papers to the car because I had my baby to carry too. Recently, when my printer broke the morning of my mothers funeral, they printed my eulogy and had me on my way in seconds, and I could tell were genuinely sorry for my loss. Its so rare to find not just good service, but good people who seem to genuinely care about the strangers who walk in their doors.

I have been going to this store for some time. I have done a lot of shipping and returns. I went yesterday and brought in my return and had forgotten to tape box. They no longer tape it for you for free. $1 for piece of tape. I will never return to this location. Go to staples in Reading. It’s free to tape your box.

Went to drop off an Amazon return, the 8x12 envelope was unsealed, they charge a $1 to put a picked of tape on it. Will not go back to this location.

Im always satisfied with the services available at this UPS Store. The print jobs are always perfected executed and I feel they offer fair shipment prices. Add to that a friendly, small-town store feel!

I always have great shipping and printing experiences here. I brought my boys with me one time. They were getting bored and the lady got out some small toy trucks to entertain them, while I cut the printed materials to size. Cannot ask for better customers service!

Very friendly. You can also ship DHL from there, which costs less than UPS for international express shipments and may be more reliable to certain countries.

Package was intercepted by the fraud department.So they said. Then you have to prove to them it’s your package to get it back . And they won’t help you get it back after . They keep blaming ups ? You are ups. Worst experience ever. Will not go back and will tell people to avid this ups at all costs. Do better.
