Ive used Performance Clinic for several years. Jack is great and honest. One time I had an electrical issue and barely got my van in there at the close of business and he stayed to look at it. He is really a rare find - honest car repair service with the work done well. Highly recommended!

Great place to get your car worked on. Jack is honest, reliable and fixes what needs done. If he finds something will let you and prices are reasonable. Diffently will be getting all of my car repairs.

I have been going here for years now. Jack is a great guy. Parts and labor prices have been fair. Whenever I have needed anything fixed in a timely manner he has been more then helpful even coming to my house to preform electrical work when checking on a lighting kit. I recommend this establishment.

First off this guys real name is Russ...not Seth.....he wants to bad mouth me and my shop but I have hundreds of customers that would bend over backwards for me because I would do the same. He is a Lawyer...He is a Martial Arts expert....he is a top notch mechanic.....He is a pro at whatever ventures toward him....makes me think if you are such a hotshot at repairing cars...why wouldnt you fix your own mothers car your self??? Here is the actual account of what happened (#you cant please them all). The Van came in for a low brake pedal in 2013.......we replace the worn out pads/rotors...had a brake fluid leak on the right rear.....replaced the brake line and cleaned and adjusted the rear brakes....the car was delivered and ran for a good year!!!.....now he is running his mouth because I refused to work on the car when he came back to the shop in 2015....I said take your car elsewhere because I wont deal with you and your BS....he is upset about this now and I think its due to a mental Handicap.......I blame it on him not being breast fed as a child.....he has no right to slander my shop like he has and I have (as I said) hundreds of happy customers to his ONE complaint.

Jack is a very honest guy and has always done great work and is very reasonable with his prices. Nice to find a mechanic that gets your car fixed right the first time and doesnt try to over charge or sell you things you dont need.

Brought in my 2010 Chrysler Town and Country that kept overheating (after I tried fixing it myself) and kept having the same issue. I was advised by Jack and Jason that it was probably because I forgot to do Y and Z, but they would look into it and get it back to me ASAP. I had my four kids with me at the time and they even offered to drive us home while they worked on the vehicle, but I had a ride close by. Less then 3 hours later the problem was fixed and vehicle running great. They charged very little for the work they did to fix my mistake. I will for sure be giving them my business in the future.

I started taking my car to jack at performance clinic earlier this year when I had a cracked engine block in my 2011 Chyrsler 200. I know a decent amount about cars, and I never felt like Jack was trying to pull a fast one on me like some of the car repair places out there. He is thorough, his labor rates are the lowest in the area, and he is HONEST. That last part is a big one, because many shops will try to upsell and make you think you need a bunch more repaired on your car, when it is actually not the case. He has performed an engine swap, radiator swap, hearter core swap, axel replacement, engine mount repair, and a few oil changes on my car. The location of his shop is right off Lorain Rd. It is sorta hidden from street view, but dont let that make you think his shop is not up to part with other shops like Midas or Firestone. I promise, If you take your car there, you will have no problems getting your vehicle fixed with quality labor, parts, and within a decent amount of time. The one thing that I will note, many times Ill just drop my car off and pick it up the next day after all the work has been completed (larger jobs). I believe he only has a couple mechanics including himself.Good luck with your car repairs!!
