Be careful with your credit card. The same day I purchased a phone, there was fraudulent purchase made with my credit card . The only place I went to was this T-mobile store. There was a problem with the credit card when I put it in the chip. The second time the sales rep touched my creditcard. Im not blaming the sales rep but there was a couple of suspicious characters walking in that store. Like a Puerto Rican man standing with a hat and sunglasses, saying Im only going to stand eight feet apart. It was very stressful since I was charged 1000 dollars extra on my credit card.

The guys that work here are very nice and helpful. They gave me a great deal and upgraded my phone in a time efficient manner. Also, any questions I had they were great answering. I will go here again in the future!

North Ridgeville Store was having some issues with my phone. The man working at the time fixed all but one of them and he tried his best to fix the last one but just couldnt. He was so nice and very helpful.

Stopped in today for a new phone, Javier and Kyle were awesome in helping me find the phone and accessories that I needed.
