Awesome chicken lol because I cook it come and get the best chicken ever!

Jessica in the kitchen is the absolute best!!! She will see me coming looking for a specific cookie for my son and she will let me know if there is any or offer to make them. Today is my daughters 16th birthday and she loves the pizza from here. We ordered 2 pizzas and 2 large orders of tenders and Jo Jos. It was freash and ready right at 5om as requested. Take care of her the way she takes care of customers, she is a real asset. Merry Christmas and thank you again Jessica!

As soon as Friendship opened, my South of the Square Collision co-workers and I were treated like family and greeted with smiles every day that we came in. During the day, we stop for the delicious breakfast pizzas and for lunch, our guys cannot get enough of the popcorn chicken! Fran, Kelly and the day crew are ALWAYS amazing! Last night, our General Manager stopped in. He told me how impressed with the level of customer service that he received from Amanda - the asst. manager and Sara the Deli worker. The store is always clean, organized and well stocked. THANKS FRIENDSHIP!! WE LOVE YOU!

Great selection of food and drinks. Staff is usually friendly with the exception of one worker, believe her nametag said it was Jessica. Very sarcastic and rude towards me, also making comments about the dot on another customers forehead.I dont usually take time to complain about service somewhere but thats a bit out of line.

Great gas station/convenience store, the food is way better than it should be and the employees are pretty awesome.

Was great until corporate cut back on the food sauce for the chicken,and the toppings on the pizza. Talk to Greg or Gary he is looking into it. If not they will lose a customer.

Use to be five stars but they changed the chicken breading months ago. I was told it was temporary but since then Ive tried but its not the same as when they first opened. Its now so salty with a bad after taste that I no longer order the chicken. The pizza almost has no sauce or toppings anymore and way over priced compared to Speedway or Sheetzs. With the exception of gas or drink I no longer stop here. The employees are really nice and the store is always clean and organized.

Do you like LED lighting everywhere? Do you like pretty good selections? Do you like hot food? Well then you might like this place. Oh yeah, they have gas too.

They have really good breakfast pizza and stuffed biscuits. They have nice variety of cold and hot beverages. Very clean and nice staff.

I come here all the time never had any problem I work right up the street. So I come in one night and get food and gas and the cashier rings me up and tills my card didn’t go thro so I swipe again and it does this time so this time it did too and he changed me twice for one transaction I come back to let them know what he had done and the cashier tells me there manger will not be in till 6am and I just got off of work at 5am so I wanted up there for a hour on the supervisor named heather she get there and don’t even look at what I’m talking about she just says we have a new system mind u I go there everyday and I’m never charged twice and I was just there the day before so she continued saying it will be back on there in 24 hours no it will not be they took it off my card twice and I want my money back so I wasted a whole hour of my life waiting for this damn lady to say that smh I will never go back there I was a loyal customer and she couldn’t even give me the decency to look at what I’m talking about I’m so over friendship in North Ridgeville!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I gave this place a poor review a while back and they deserved it then but not now. The staff are friendly like the other stores and they are eager to help. Thank you, the staff has come a long way!

Employees were EXTREMELY rude, made fun of customers, left customers standing and waiting while they did shift change and talked on cell phones, absolutely no pleasant customer service!! I spent my hard working money there daily and was told to come and drive back several times on other days when they have enough money in their drawers.. LOL. Are you kidding!! Management unhelpful, very rude,sloppy, employee had large hole in front of her pants exposing here groin and leg area. I was told I could stand and wait in store until they received enough money for a payout!! What store does that?? If you dont have enough money for payments, then DONT SELL!! THATS DECEPTION!!! I will never be spending my hard earned money at this store!! I will be contacting corporate and turning these uneducated, rude employees ALL in!!!!

Closest gas station to my house. I have been in hear nearly daily since they opened. They always say hello when i walk in and are generally friendly. The cashiers who seem rude or disinterested in their job usually dont work there very long.
