Service at this AutoZone is always very good. Associates always ask if they can help and they are very knowledgeable.about their products. I had a problem with a battery for a lawn mower, and the solved my problem in addition to giving me a discount. That kind of service will make me a dedicated customer.

The employee was amazing. He helped me put take out old head light and put in a new one. He even stooped down to make sure the brightness of my new bulb was the same as my existing bulb.

Good place for newer car parts. Most the old stuff they have to order. It is a shame 80% of everything is made in Taiwan, Thailand or China. I try to buy USA made products and it usually ends up being the same price or cheaper on line than here.

Very helpful and efficient staff! Went for a quick diagnostic check for my engine light. Granted, they understandably couldnt check it for themselves due to the COVID-19 guidelines and restrictions they have, but I was able to learn how to locate my diagnostic port, and they were able to troubleshoot my problem -they also provide a printout for the findings, absolutely free! Great service.

Stopped into the Autozone on 82 and they were great. I needed someone to look at my wipers. Gentleman came outside, it was very cold. Said he fixed a clip and I was good to go! No charge! Great store. Most importantly honest. They could of sold me $100 wipers. I wouldn’t have know.

I like to work on my own car. When I need help I head to this store. Always helpful. They are not pushy. Just make recommendations. For a Auto Parts store it’s very clean as well

Jay changed my battery in my truck for me. He was helpful personable and knowledgeable. He was pleasent and quick. The employees all wear masks and sanitize and sheilds are at every register. I will definitely visit this store again.

Went there and I feel like the employees were very rude. I asked one employee for advice for prices on a part and then asked another employee for prices and he gave me a different answer and then when I asked why he started yelling at me and said I was “a foolish person” for not knowing about the part when that’s his job to tell me. Highly unproffesional service and I do not think I will be returning. Very rude.

On Wednesday I went in to get headlight bulbs for my car because I planned to pay someone to replace them a few days later. I was under the impression the bumper had to be taken off to do that. Anthony took a look and said he could replace them for me without removing the bumper and did so quickly and efficiently, in the cold temperatures. He was very nice and saved me time/a good chunk of money. I will definitely go back to this location for any other problems with my car. thank you again Anthony!

The managers here are great! Really good quality and service. Whatever you do just stay away from Dale. He is rude does not know anything about cars and both my wife and I on three separate occasions have had bad experiences with him.

Its an AutoZone, so, it does what it does. The selection is good, pricing is national, so, I cant complain one way or another. What makes this store less than amazing is the staff. A couple of the guys are genuinely engaged and interested in helping. The rest of them are there to punch the clock.

One employee was very helpful while another acted like he didnt want to be bothered. The helpful employee asked him if they could order the part I needed, after looking on the shelves for the part, and he had a bad attitude.

The best service ever the nice guy not only help me put my wiper blades on he fixed the problem of a lose bote at the end of my blades. It was raining so bad and I had to drive back home to Akron. Earl was extremely rude, offensive, and not helpful. I came in with the intention of buying a new battery; but, after the way Earl treated me, I left and went down the street to Advanced Auto Parts. I was told they receive a lot of complaints about this Auto Zone. I was happy to give them my business instead.

Worst AutoZone ever. Rude, and nasty these people are. I don’t understand how they just let the employees talk and behave like this. I asked if they would price match a battery from Advance. The guy, bald and heavy said just go there then. I couldn’t believe what he was saying. He is the Store Manager for god sakes.

I went into this, my neighborhood autozone for wiper blades & windshield washer fluid, both things I can get anywhere. Not only their price was absurdly high, they refused to price match local competitors, such as Walmart. I asked if they price match Amazon, not a seller on Amazon, but Amazon it self. These things were sold and shipped my Amazon, yet Ron Kurt, an employee of Autozone who holds the title of customer satisfaction, rudely refused to price match. He Also told me in a harsh vpice to go to, and I quote, go to walmart then. Im very disgusted by their overall customer service and will never go to this Autozone again!!!!P.s. EVERYOTHER AUTOZONE DOES PRICE MATCH WITH WALMART AND AMAZON!

Needed a car battery right away, after paying for it, someone came out to my car with me and took out the old one and replaced the new one in minutes. Battery comes with a 5 year warranty too which is a plus!
